Delays took 2hours and thirty minutes making me miss my connecting flight and make me sit in the Chicago airport for 9 hours

Flight was delayed two hours. No snacks and no tv screens. My bag got stuck in Chicago
First class felt like economy, seats were horrible, food was horrible, staff inattentive
They needed people to check a bag, they did check my bag and I had to wait 10 minutes after the flight to get it it wasn’t too bad
Nothing, whole flight was a nightmare, was forced to check my carryon bag at the gate, staff was rude and unprofessional
Had a hard time finding my assigned seat. No attendants to assist.
Flight was great my baggage was on time everywhere but my bags had been handled ruff cause they got damaged.

Waited for our plane from HNL so we didn't miss connection. AMAZING Service for that, then really clean plane. Nice airline attendants.
I love British Airlines but I think it’s time for a change.My seat was occupied by very large passengers sitting next to me,I felt very uncomfortable and very bad.I’m sorry but I have to say it.
The seats on the plane and at Heathrow Airport are so uncomfortable
I liked having access to all the Harry Potter movies and the food was good. The staff was also excellent. The pillows and blankets could’ve been better as mine had stains when I arrived
1. Missed to deliver bags at Destination 2. no coordination at Layover for flight connection for wheel chair , could have missed flights 3. Customer service agents are not honest , talk with attitude and do not provide correct information about baggage policy
Much better than from Singapore to London, which was awful. London to ORD was business class experience expected. Friendly and helpful flight attendants, decent main course, delicious dessert, comfortable lay flat private seats.
Ok we did get an upgrade and the flight was delayed 45 minutes BUT without any bias. The crew were excellent, friendly, efficient and verging on exuberant, they all were so happy to do their jobs. Food excellent and the new safety video is fun to watch.

The seats are incredibly uncomfortable. My luggage didn't make it on the flight from London to Nashville.

I was at the airport 10 hour early. I would have loved to drop luggage in advance but this was possible only 3h before the scheduled time, however BA was so kind to move me to the earlier flight as it had space available at no extra cost. Thank you!
