I liked that the flight to Kosice was on time, the service was excellent and we arrived to Vienna early. The only thing I did not like, is that I had to pay for my suitcase $75. Bummer
They canceled our flight and left us stranded to figure it out
Seats are outdated. Entertainment relies on personal device. Boarding was delayed due to inaccurate passenger tracking, resulted in late arrival at Reno.
Being stick waiting for gate at ORD cause me to almost miss my connecting flight…being deaf United made no no effort to keep me updated as I couldn’t hear the PA

The flight was excellent. The crew was great. The food offerings were very good.
Onboarding process was great and efficient. Plane was very new and entertainment choices were great. The only complain is no meal despite it was a flight that is longer than 6 hours.
Flying to anchorage would have been cool but the weather got in the way
This flight was 2.5 hours delayed due to crew issues. This meant that we arrived after 2 AM. Very very inconvenient and we were not really kept well informed.
All and it was good . But no one woke me when meals came around . Please have a don’t not disturb sign if you opted for that . Left very hungry missing all meals .
Flight attendant kept banging her cart into my aisle seat. Hard. Couldn’t lean seat back. Should be warned of limitations when booking seat
I was disappointed with the quality of the food for an international flight also I wasn't given a toiletry bag which is customary in international flights.

The front toilet was out of order - which resulted in a late departure from Gatwick and therefore arrival in Cagliari for the return leg - this was then compounded by ATC issues which resulted in our flight back arriving 2 hours 40 mins late. Frustratingly this was the same problem that had resulted in our outbound flight with BA being late the week before - and then the other two toilets went out of action at 30,000ft - also resulting an i delayed arrival.
Flight was delayed. Thankfully I wasn't in a rush. The airport experience (shops, amenities, ample restaurants, coffee shops, seats with charging) was very good) was very good as was the boarding which was orderly and organised. The flight was short so whilst there was no entertainment I thought that was ok especially in the age of smart phones and kindles. It would have been nice to have usbc charging supported at my seat but again it was a short flight so no drama. Overall a positive experience flying from London to Edinburgh with BA.
Flight delayed and we were forced to check our carryon bags which was huge inconvenience.
Friendly crew members. Food was so-so, below average. However, ice cream add a little touch and made a difference.
