The tv monitor in front of my seat was not responding. The flight crew reset it and it still didn’t work.
The ANA crew and their members were all extremely nice and caring. Shout out to the crews for working on Christmas and New Years. Y'all the real MVP
Did not even get on board. Was told I needed an esta agreement. Was not aware of this when I booked the fare and not told about them
Had a hard time finding my assigned seat. No attendants to assist.
Very friendly staff. The flight was on time. Need a bit heavy covers/blankets. It can get colder with a thin blanket.
Flight crew was amazing! I don't like that the Polaris seats are side-by-side.
The plane was so gross and dirty. Literally saw dust layering and flowing out the grey vents. Dust was all over the air vent knobs to the point where I took my sani wipe and cleaned them down so at least it wasn't blowing my my face. Also, I upgraded and paid for Wifi and it's always so spotty. I get we are in the air, but don't charge for it if it's not going to work. I expect so much more from United. They really are giving up.
Preferred the UA flight compared to the Air India. The seats were more comfortable and the food was good enough.
Good plane, crew, and flight. Boarding was a bit chaotic. Bathrooms were unacceptable. United DESPERATELY needs a new terminal at IAD.
Flight home lot's of room shame I never noticed that they ripped my suitcase and didn't notice it to I got toy destination and had to buy new set
Boarding was chaos. They did not board by group number and it was a free for all. We had a young child with us and were expecting pre boarding. Crew announcements were also poor as the crew member was speaking far too quickly to be able to hear what they were saying.
My seat was broken and unable to fully recline. My USB power point was not working and nor was the one next to me. It made a 12 hour flight feel a lot longer.
The worst travel experience of my life. Boarding chaos, delays and disorganisation at every stage. The worst of many was sitting in freezing temperatures for 10 hours whilst asking all cabin crew to turn the heat up to no avail.
Ok we did get an upgrade and the flight was delayed 45 minutes BUT without any bias. The crew were excellent, friendly, efficient and verging on exuberant, they all were so happy to do their jobs. Food excellent and the new safety video is fun to watch.
Didn’t make flight and then forced on connecting flights back to LA that cost me another day of travel on an inferior experience.
Boarding could have been better organized. The one member of staff disappeared for a while so boarding by group relied on honesty.
The seat was very uncomfortable. It helped to use the foot rest. Could not sleep because of the seat.
Expected a lot better service paying for a business class seat. Seemed to be short on staff and did not get the service I expected.
One if not the best Airline I have traveled so far. My only complaint is that flights where delayed.
Flight attendant kept banging her cart into my aisle seat. Hard. Couldn’t lean seat back. Should be warned of limitations when booking seat
