Very unimpressed that I was dumped from the seat I had booked and paid for after check in. Apparently a family wanted to sit together, however as they all were adults I think they should have pre booked their seats like I did. I will be approaching Qatar for a refund. That and the dreadful state of the flooding toilets made me wonder how they managed to be voted the best airline. Not worth the money.

Qatar Airways in-flight first/business class service is superior to any US airline; excellent meals are served on short haul flights such as between DXB and DOH.
Boston to Doha was great but Doha to Dhaka was the worst experience.
My carry on bag was taken by Alaska Air as we boarded in LAX! She said there was not room. There was plenty of room. I told her that my meds and personal items were in it. She did not care. She said it would be sent to my final destination, Nairobi. Well it got to Nairobi the day I was to fly home. The handle of my bag was crushed so could not retract. So I had to remove it. I had to buy converters, malaria medication. personal items. I filled out the missing form at the Nairobi airport. I asked that it be shipped to the Kisumu airport. When it was obviously not going to make it for my time in Kenya. I asked that it be sent to John Wayne Airport. NONE of that happened. I only knew it was at Nairobi because my air tag indicated it was finally in Nairobi the day I was leaving Kenya! Now I need to purchase a new carry on bag!!!
Overall experience was OK. Seats were truly uncomfortable for such a long flight. Food quality was mediocre at best. The staff was great though!
As gold member there is no priority checkin. Meaning you either have to board with your zone or last with business class pax. As economy pax all the baggage bays are filled by the time you arrive
Suddenly Flight has been change by Qatar and there’s no information is there of us from Bom to Doha and counter person is behaving like Qatar owner next I will not buy Qatar and I will not suggest anyone to fly in Qatar
they give hard time at checking, they not allow computer bag or purse
The flight was good but my neighbor had the vent open full power for the whole flight and because the air was blowing from the side instead of from the top and I got very cold and ended up with a sore throat.
Bad experience with the delay n long wait time for connecting flight after missing the connection flight from Doha.
ANA was great. United was horrible. They bumped us from economy plus to economy and were supposed to contact us for a refund but no luck. We booked the seats 9 months in advance.
Pleasant service from the crew. Arrived early. Efficient boarding and deplaning. Great job!
We had a 90 minute delay due to equipment failure that was detected just before we took off. United rebooked my connecting flight.
The crew and flight was amazing. I haven't flown United in years but plan to switch to you being my main airline
My connecting gate in .Chicago was across the aisle from my arriving gate. Otherwise I would not have made my connection. So that was very fortunate.
Our flight was delayed several times. It left 9 hours after scheduling. We had to sleep in the airport.
Brutal delay of 24 hours on first floight the 3 hours in Chicago . Tiny seats , screaming child behind me kicking the seat … couldn’t be worse
Ability to watch movies.No earbud sound system.Marginal beverage service.Unexplained late take off resulting in VERY tight connection in LA which proved maximally stressful.

Terrible! After boarding we were stuck on the plane for 3 hours with no air circulation during a heat wave.
They took good care of me on the plane and had it not been for handicap assistance I would definitely had missed my connecting flight . Not BA fault but The airport security instead . Two hours is way too long for security
the old seats really need to go. they are not comfortable and outdated by many years. I waited over 40 minutes for my bag, unacceptable!

Flight delayed and we were forced to check our carryon bags which was huge inconvenience.
My flight got cancelled the night before suddenly. They rebooked only half my flights back. I couldn’t contact them for help and then I had to book a separate flight on my own to get to the new flight back that they had booked me on. In Flight services were great. But once the flight got cancelled I was left on my own. Same experience for a traveling partner going to a different destination
Friendly crew members. Food was so-so, below average. However, ice cream add a little touch and made a difference.
Didn’t even get on the flight!! BA had a system crash and knocked many peoples boarding passes back for the connecting flight which we all would have made but ended up missing due to being refused past the barrier. There was one member of staff on and when he shift swapped the new staff member called us liars and that we were going to be too late for our flight hence the knock back which was false. I was an hour and ten minutes early for my connection flight at the time of scanning the boarding pass. Waited for three hours and ended up having to book a train home myself which was 4 hours long! Staff were useless and entire experience was an inconvenience. I had been travelling for three months and of course it was when I was back in my home country that I had the first muck up! Will not be touching BA to fly again
why couldn't BA confirm my flight from Milan to Phoenix on AA
Charging ports would have been nice. No entertainment but it was a short flight so not really necessary.
