I was unable to pre purchase sear upgrades or internet. Their online site is not user friendly and poor. I felt singled out in customs. Seats are very small even for a small person.

I was denied lounge facility at airport. Explanation was not satisfactory.

The only thing that could have been better, is that the food trays get left way to long after a meal. We had a snack 8 hrs into the trip, and they left us with the boxes and cups for way too long. It is not fun being trapped in your seat unnecessarily

No difference between US airline and Qatar. Both cramp as many people. The airline seems to change planes without notice choice is seating when making reservations online doesn’t match the plane a passenger is on. Especially paying extra. Nothing special No different than US carriers.

The overall flight experience between Doha and Kolkata was satisfactory. The staff onboard were notably engaged, responsive, and enthusiastic, providing a level of service that stood out, especially when compared to the less attentive crew on the earlier leg from Heathrow to Doha. Their eagerness to assist made the journey more pleasant. Additionally, the time spent at the Silver Lounge in Doha contributed positively to the experience. The lounge offered a comfortable and relaxing environment, with adequate amenities and attentive staff. Overall, both the flight and the lounge experience in Doha met expectations, making for a smooth and satisfactory travel experience.

There was frequent beverage ,meal and snack service. The crew was very hospitable and professional.

Do not overbook flights and kick out confirmed ticketed passengers :-(

Do I need to repeat my complaints about my lost carry on bag?

My carry on bag was taken by Alaska Air as we boarded in LAX! She said there was not room. There was plenty of room. I told her that my meds and personal items were in it. She did not care. She said it would be sent to my final destination, Nairobi. Well it got to Nairobi the day I was to fly home. The handle of my bag was crushed so could not retract. So I had to remove it. I had to buy converters, malaria medication. personal items. I filled out the missing form at the Nairobi airport. I asked that it be shipped to the Kisumu airport. When it was obviously not going to make it for my time in Kenya. I asked that it be sent to John Wayne Airport. NONE of that happened. I only knew it was at Nairobi because my air tag indicated it was finally in Nairobi the day I was leaving Kenya! Now I need to purchase a new carry on bag!!!

Between Air India and Qatar my luggage was lost for three days. I eventually found my own luggage location using the Apple Air Tag. Air India used a paper form to report my lost luggage. I could never get past getting past luggage personnel with my report number before they would hang up on me. Only after them specifically telling Air India at Chandigarh airport where my luggage was located which was right under their noses did they react. After three days I finally received my luggage. The Air India luggage folks didn’t seem proactive in finding the luggage’s rightful owner.

Liked the hospitality . The ight took us 6 hrs to get from fort myers to ewr.

The flying experience was great. The flight was on time with no boarding issues during a peak travel period. The short cut baggage drop and process was not smooth and efficient at Dulles.

The first flight was an hour and a half late leaving, thus missing my connection. The second flight Departure was two hours late Leaving.

My flight was completely full. Making me very stressful with people walking around all the time. I believe airlines can do better for entertain people during the flight.

Being stick waiting for gate at ORD cause me to almost miss my connecting flight…being deaf United made no no effort to keep me updated as I couldn’t hear the PA

I found that it seems that the space for personal bags or luggage is not enough( the cabinets for personal bags or luggage over the seats) .

I was pleased and I had a very good experience. The staff was friendly and attentive.

Absolute disaster. Rude, uncooperative staff. Staff ignores and pretends you don’t exist when you are asking them a question. Erroneous departure gate and baggage claim information. Equipment not working for purchase of drinks. Overly expensive baggage check-in fees. Overly crowded. Dirty airplane. Passengers coughing incessantly as if they were being gassed. Circled airport in flight several times and waited on the tarmac for 1.5 hours. The worst experience ever. Consider another industry. The travel industry is not for you.

Crew went above and beyond. I was able to upgrade to United Polaris within 24 hours of my flight departure for 30,000 points. Was totally worth it.

The flight was bumpy. No Breakfast or coffee was served, not even a bottle of water. The food was okay but odd. Rice with peas instead of couscous with some unknown green thing. United Airlines did not tell me that there was VERY LIMITED HANDICAP SERVICE IN NAPLES. De-plane via 20 aluminum steps. Taken to Van. You must walk into the terminal, find luggage, and then walk out to the rental car pickup spot that is 1 block from the terminal.

It was just ok. Half the bathrooms were broke on the flight.

1. I was charged 2 times for luggage at check in 2. It was NOT British airway the entire way - apparently American Airlines connected from London to Miami 3. Lost luggage in London- hopefully will arrive to. In short, nor a good experience

If they wouldn't have canceled the flight WITHOUT informing me until I looked at my ticket and saw I had 2 extra layovers in 2 different cities than the ones I paid for? That would have been nice.

Poor BA get a lot of stick and have some problems getting your bags to the same destination BUT the whole experience is very much 5 star and probably due to excellent, helpful and sooo British staff. We travelled in economy plus.

The seats are incredibly uncomfortable. My luggage didn't make it on my flight from London to Nashville.

It was good but I wished if they could have sign do not disturb if we did not wanted any meals . I was tired and slept through the entire flight and woke up just before landing .being hungry Too late to ask for something to eat before exiting the flight . Left feeling hunger 🙁

They took good care of me on the plane and had it not been for handicap assistance I would definitely had missed my connecting flight . Not BA fault but The airport security instead . Two hours is way too long for security

First flight was 2 1/2 hours late. Had to wait in line on the tarmac for 45 minutes to finally board. Missed connection. Had to wait in line another 2 1/2 hours to get booked on another connection the next day. Another hour wait to get a hotel room for the night. 1 1/4 hour wait in 55 degree temperature for hour bus ride to hotel. Hotel ran out of food. Miserable performance by BA. This is being written while waiting for bus back to Heathrow.

Very disappointed because we don’t get in advance the cancellation fly to Paris. By the way, we are still without luggage Bad experience

Sardine can herringbone layout in business class. Uncomfortable and nowhere to put your book, phone, headphones, etc. worst hard product ever, and the service and food aren’t good enough to make it worthwhile. Expensive garbage. British Airways purchased this thinking only about financials, clearly not customer experience. British Airways business class is the garbage truck of the skies. Hard pass!
