Ove the A380 planes. Comfortable seats. Served great Indian food and Masala Chai!
The plane seemed pretty old and the food was not good
Thay crew was so nice.Air hostess il ham was so nice.my mom was little scray with airplan turbulence she help us alot.

We have travelled on 13 December with Austrian Airlines from Yangon through Bangkok and Vienna to Varna. The first flight operated by Thai Airlines was nice and comfortable. I wouldn’t say the same thing about the next two flights which were operated directly by the Austrian Airlines. During our flight from Bangkok to Vienna: > The service was very poor – serving of food and drinks was disorganized, late and not combined, the stewards were walking back and forth without doing anything substantial for the passengers. Even the morning breakfast was very late with a cup of coffee almost while landing (after a reminding). > The food itself was OK-ish but for a 12-hour flight, there were no snacks/bites in between dinner and breakfast as it is with the other airlines. > The cutlery was wooden, most probably recycling, but very unpleasant to eat with. > The stewards were not rude but not friendly and/or helpful > And also, half of the passengers had travel sets, others did not. The flight from Vienna to Varna was another surprise: firstly, the flight was late and secondly, they were serving only water free, even the coffee was paid, so were the snacks, but we had to pay to reserve seats. The whole experience is as if it was a low-cost airline. All in all, I wouldn’t recommend using the services of Austrian Airlines: the ticket prizes are quite the same as of the other carriers flying to this destination and you would have much pleasant time.
Friendly staff, always good food , as comfortable as it can be in economy
Business class is not worth it. Not comfortable and old plane with no privacy or enough space unless you on the single seats
We didn’t fly into Neuark , because it departed without us . We ran to a closed gate , and no staff to assist, then to a customer service center that was also closed, then briskly walked (20mins) to another customer center and got a ticket , waited 2 hours , got a flight to JFK instead, because of the time delay we Ran to catch our train home , and again our luggage arrived 3 days later delivery time at 3:45 in the MORNING!!!! Crazy!!!!!! Took a few days to shake off this disappointment of your service. You’re an embarrassment to customer service .
A bellow average experience. A delayed flight , no staff to assist , running and panic to connecting flight , 2 hour wait for customer service. No luggage when we arrived , luggage delivered 3 days after at 3:45 AM !!!! Much stress and anxiety from this experience. Please repair your Brand .

The option to check in the carry on bag for free was very convenient. If one checked bag could be included in the ticket price that would be even better.

I slept the whole flight so I can't tell you about the food and there was no entertainment offered. Crew was very nice, seats were comfortable in business, and boarding was easy.
We are flying with Swiss for a long time but this time was terrible do to are flight cancellations we are in some bad hotel with out normal food

The plane was good - on time! But can the stewardesses smile or actually be nice - not to bark the commands
This time, I traveled in the economy, and it was surprisingly better than the eco-premium (food, comfort, and crew were noticeably worse in premium!)
I would recommend flying SWISS to anyone. Very impressed by the quality of food. The staff was extremely kind and accommodating. They arranged a shuttle to help a group of passengers make connecting flights when there was a delay.
Not worth pay business class and get service economy class
The WiFi setup on the plane is needlessly cumbersome. Simplify the interface and login.
I liked the ability to walk and stand in the crew area. I hated the security check experience before boarding. The airport staff were so rude, yelling at us unnecessarily, delaying us on purpose, and even threatening to call the police on us!
Everything was great except that everyone were putting backpacks and small bags in the overhead compartment instead under the seat so there was no room for carry on-s
3 hours delay to start with and then food was terrible.
Their weakness is in boarding. Business class rarely boards first and there are no announcements explaining delays, so customers are always left waiting and wondering why boarding has paused.
Flight was delayed then we had to redirect for medical emergency during which time we had no information on what is the plan. The connecting flight was also delayed.
Horrible, they forgot our luggage, the food was terrible, the crew were rude, the flight was delayed, I hated every aspect of this flight
The ac did not work and the plane was deployed for the AC BUT IT NEVER WORKED. I have high blood pressure and I was SWEATING AND NEARLY PASSED OUT. Do better.
Absolutely horrible experience. It's an overnight flight for over 5 hours and business class does not have beds!!!!! I had a slightly bigger than economy class seat that was broken and not even reclining correctly. I should get a refund for this flight as they changed the aircraft to a small one and that is not what I paid the business class price for!
Flights were extremely delayed, then canceled, our baggage was lost due to this and the service reps at the counter couldn’t be bothered to help us put in a missing luggage claim.

Delayed over 2 hours. Bring your own snacks or prepare to pay. No entertainment and no plug plugs for charging.
Using the media screen in economy class is a disaster
Pretty poor across the board - flight details wrong/delayed into Lufthansa app. Seat changes made without notification. Boarding delayed (ok, that happens) but all comms in German (for flight to UK, where 85% of passengers were English). Outright fraud attempted at gate, denying 1 piece carry-on of smaller than correct size and 1 piece personal item, again, smaller than correct size. Rude gate staff. Security checks perfunctory - unattended bag not acknowledged by staff..then put on aircraft unclaimed by staff.
They offered water and chocolate I would have preferred a sandwich.
Sorry, I’m not a fan of United. The seats are just too cramped and uncomfortable if you are traveling very far.
New and clean plane, lots of entertainment on IFE. Boarding was chaotic, maybe because of the size of the gate area. Plane arrived half an hour late.
Staff was great. Space in bathrooms was very good. Boarding went smoothly due to aisles. I would like more room in coach. 2 more inches would be helpful. Lost luggage was a big issue; more on the administrative side than flight related, but diminished the flight experience.
Not the best overall, had challenges during boarding due to the weight of my carry-on (over 8 kilos). Interesting enough they don't check all carry-on bags. It was very stressful as Discover worker kept insisting, I had to check my bag. I finally was able to get an exception to keep my carry-on, however, I felt racially discriminated and embarrassed by this. The flight did not have WIFI access and the timing to connect between flights is not enough. As the flight leaving Philadelphia to Frankfurt was delayed, I had about an hour to make my connection. I had to run and ask people to let me go first during immigration and security so I could then barely make it to my next flight, and it was the same process on the way back. It was a disappointed experience overall.
