It was great, a little more leg room would have been better particularly since we were in premium economy

Seat 💺 was all the way on last row. Food was okay .

Boarding, seats, entertainment and service were all great. Food was great except for the fact that there were too many sweet items.

Loved that I had an exit row seat, and there was no one else in the row! And again, I don' use on-line entertainment at all (I read or sleep) but I very much appreciate that I didn't hear anyone else's entertainment!

Loved everything! This flight had premium economy and I didn't see an option to upgraded to premium economy OR buy premium economy tickets. How come?

The entire crew went above and beyond. This was our first flight with our 3 month old, and they were accommodating and friendly. The crew is attentive and marks a HIGE difference to the regular runs with Avianca and LATAM.

Better boarding process at Hyderabad airport Better time management by air hostesses in providing the meals

Usually Emirates is my go to Airline on this flight: 1) All the crew seemed very inexperienced 2) Meal service for 7 hour flight was very slow - slowest I have ever experienced. 3) ONE flight attendant in economy serviced everyone on the left aisle in 2 cabins - thats 6 passengers per row (half the row) and over 30 rows of passengers. The others were no where to be seen. Thats pouring drinks and serving trays and offering options of meal and drinks for 180 passengers. by herself. In most flights it's 2 attendants per cart servicing one section. 4) Meal was not served till 3.5 hours later for some passengers at the back. 5) As a result only one meal was served even though the menu explicitly said 2. 6) Everyone was thirsty and starving 7) There were 2 loud crashes at the back galley 8) One passenger was out cold due to the sleeping tablets he had taken. The Flight attendants in their inexperience chose to try wake him up and create a situation where passengers were panicking and the passenger finally woke up and was annoyed. 9) They chose to wake up every sleeping passenger to feed them rather than move past the sleeping passengers. Do they know how hard it is to actually sleep on a plane?

You should not have to pay for WiFi in business class

Transfer at Amsterdam airport is very convenient and the airport is easy to navigate. Boarding was also quick and easy. Cabin crew were excellent and the meals were good, although lacking in options.

Overall very poor. Flight was disorganised, staff were rude and this is my second experience with KLM that I've had baggage go missing. It feels like, if you are an economy customer, KLM staff do not show you any care. I shall never fly with KLM again. Worst airline in Europe

Great boarding, great short flight but no entertainment whatsoever. It was supposed to have wifi but that did not work.

Transfer at CDG to connecting KLM flight to Amsterdam was a NIGHTMARE. LONG WALKWAYS, NO MOVING WALKWAYS, POOR signage, Have to take a train & No staff visible to help navigate the maze. AVOID TRANSFER AT CDG AT ALL COST.

Good flight with KLM, friendly staff. Food was good, had much worse on other airlines. Selection of drinks also good enough for us. Entertainment was also good. The economy seats are ok and that’s it. For a 12 hour flight I think a little more comfort in the economy seats in pitch and softness would be highly appreciated by the customers and can makte the difference.

It was great. My seat was comfortable. The bathrooms were clean . The service was superb . I travel a lot and I have been in 64 counties. I wish I could fly first class, even though I could , but I prefer to budget my yearly travelling expense on actual visiting , not on flight. Anyway, my point is that your economy was far much better than other airlines as good as Air France. The flight attendants and all crew were polite and very helpful and respectful. I haven't flown Swiss in a long time. I was disappointed that after paying $14,907 for 3 business class seats, we still had to pay another $200 for a single business class seat. All the window seats used to be single seats. Now it's every other one and if you want a single seat it's extra. Also, The double seats do not have pods or any privacy. We landed in Chicago after a long 10 hour flight and our connecting flight was on United. Because we do not have status on Swiss, we were not allowed to use the United lounge, even with business class seats. My father is on crutches and we had a 4 hour layover. No lounge was also disappointing. All of my status is on British Airways so I will go back to flying BA. We flew Swiss because my father did not want to go through Heathrow. On a positive, the crew were super nice and accommodating for my father who had recently had hip replacement surgery. Food was okay. I"m not a good person to critique the food, I never like airplane food.

The service was flawless. The trip went great. I flew from Venice, Italy to Tampa, Florida. The issue is my bag (that I checked for free when checking into the flight) was ripped along the side when I collected it from baggage claim in Tampa, last night. I thought of talking with the Tampa baggage claim employees about it and see what could be done, but my bag isn’t a very expensive bag and I didn’t want to make a big deal of it. I’m not sure if I’ll be checking a bag anymore in the future.

We're talking about a short-haul in-country flight.. there is no confort, no food, just the bottle of water. The seats are squeezed like hell and I was in the back-end of the plane, with one spare row left for the crew and to store excess bags that could not fit in the overhead bin.. Speaking of carry-on, some passengers should be better screened as their bags were simply too big to fit in the overhead bins.. ! How can this happen, and it was an A310, with 2 columns of 3-seater rows.. There is a pseudo-Business class, which is simply a section in the front of the plane where the same seats are occupied only 2 out of 3, on each side, leaving more rooms for the passengers and their bags. That's it.

It is a good airlines, very professional very good food. I wish they offered free luggage is the only thing.

Food is getting worse. They use to be different than other airlines. Their economy classes food sucks. Stuff was very helpful.

The fully flat bed in business class on the 777 is a little narrow, and the 2-3-2 configuration is now dated, but otherwise a comfortable and pleasant flight. It’s hard to beat the value too.

Boarding process is one of the worst i have ever seen. Poor planning and lack of experienced staff is vert apparent. Seat changes till the last minute was an added stress to the process.

Their weakness is in boarding. Business class rarely boards first and there are no announcements explaining delays, so customers are always left waiting and wondering why boarding has paused.

I did not have a good experience from the first point of contact to the check in person to boarding and the comfort of the seats. I would not travel on Turkish again. I will let my family and friends know about my experience which was not a pleasant one.

Service was courteous and attentive. Sat in the exit row. In exchange for leg room I had people tripping over my feet to use it at a hallway from one aisle to the other, had no access to films viaa viewscreen and no underseat storage for medicines or other personal travel needs. Disappointing. Too many let-downs, in delays and communication, by both Lufthansa and Discover to put in an email. I am resigned to the fact that this is what I should expect from all airlines. Unfortunately.

Flight was an hour+ late leaving Munich. We even missed a rescheduled flight from Chicago to Kansas City. Lufthansa was responsive in providing motel and meals.

I had handicap and pre board due to a recent broken arm, was made to find my own help placing carry on baggage in the storage above. My tv and entertainment unit did not work correctly, requested help and it took 30 minutes to get help, she did not fix it or come back to see if it was fixed. I went to her a second time and she did another reset, still did not fix.

The jollof rice and fried plantain. Communication could have been better.
