Nothing special.. they could have provided something to eat without a charge

Flight was cancelled due to technical problems with the aircraft. It would be nice if SWISS would invest in new aircraft; that would for sure minimize the technical issues with (old) aircrafts.
It was a pleasant experience accept temperature in the plane It was extremely cold in the airplane that I was shivering I got sick because of the extreme cold temperature on my flight
It was not made clear that additional passport control is needed before queueing up for boarding. The seats were very uncomfortable and cramped even for small persons. The arm rests were not fully capable of lifting up out of the way and the media controls cut-out made them even worse to lean on. Just one audio channel was working on one of our seats.
Great food - movie selection was good. Plane was a few minutes late but got to destination on time.
I thought the flight crew was very attentive and the food was excellent. The only issues I had were the flight delays. A small one out of Sarajevo and a longer one out of Zurich.
It was great. The attention, the fly was on time.
We’ve used VA before many times the experience is always been good they have lovely staff and the food is always delicious.
Everything about the flight was amazing from check in to boarding entertainment was okay food we didn’t try.
Seats were old and dirty, for a long haul flight you expect to be able to recline and for the av to work properly. Choice for vegans was fruit….
The Virgin Atlantic crew was very good. However, the equipment was OK, the seats were OK, but her bags did not arrive with me. Two bags showed up a day later and I’m still waiting for my third back.
The crew was very good. However, the equipment was a bit dated. Some of the electronics were not working. To top it, three bags didn’t arrive with me. Two of them were delivered a day later. I’m still waiting for the third bag, I was so looking forward to this virgin Atlantic flight, but, I am disappointed.
My only complaint is that the pocket in front of me was ripped and my things, like iPad and airline magazines, kept slipping to the floor.
Flight delayed yet again. Crew apathetic and unhelpful re affect on connecting flight.
I think Virgin is one of the best flying experiences, especially from/to the UK. The staff are so helpful and fun, the food is good, seats comfortable, goof entertainment and great value. Check in and boarding is pretty pain free. I also find that the other passengers are generally so kind and considerate than when I've flown other airlines.
Cabin crew on our flight showed lack of any customer service gruff and acting annoyed if you asked anything and I mean anything Example a man on the seat over dropped his beer on my husbands blanket We asked if we could switch out blankets cabin crew Said. No we don’t have any extras OK well can you take the wet one Cabin crew looked disgusted and annoyed Took it no OK or yes just a growl
Quick flight. But cabin crew were very noisy and talking too much, especially when we were seated at the back of the plane trying to sleep through the night .
I felt all of the food tasted the same. And we had five meals over the 16 hrs in the air.
The use of a domestic carrier without entertainment was disappointing and a let down
Plane was late with no information or announcement … had to walk up n downstairs.., had not communicated this … and ppl had suitcase to carry .
Like: Plane made it to the destination. Dislike: Food is terrible, no entertainment, very dirty airplane.
There where no ear phones provided and the food needs to improve.
I have been flew with ET since 2013 and I wish the service can be reach standard airlines as Star Alliance member please ET you need to improve many thing on the services learn from SQ and other member
Flight was delayed resulting in a series of unfortunate events. I ran the airport as people were yelling my flight anyone who can’t run wouldn’t have made it! Then the luggage is missing. Good company, execution needs fine tuning.

Boarding was delayed and people were just sitting there like lost.
Good was great, but no vegetarian option: only beef or chicken. In business class please add a vegetarian option. Thanks
This was the best carrier, comfort, service, good food, on time experience on a long haul flight. New, clean, quiet, smooth aircraft!!!
There is more space in this economy seat. It felt like a better layout, not so cramped.
I was charged for one of my luggage twice, when I was not supposed to be charged for it
I paid for extra legroom which was not honored and have spent hours trying to get a refund for without success. I have since come to learn Lufthansa has a habit of reassigning seats and making it impossible to get refunds.

Crew was nicer to some people than others for no apparent reason. I had to get an older lady’s attention because she was too busy talking to passengers.

I did not fly them . They rebooked me on a longer flight to Helsinki. I did not get the food I wanted . Paid more for seats and baggage and now trying to deal with them is. Mess. They reimbursed me for half of cost and not the actual fee I incurred and this was all due to operational reasons . Too many chefs in kitchens and everyone deflects not their problem. Book one airline

Missed our flight to London and we were put on coach seats to Munich.
My problem was with the onward connection between London Heathrow and Washington IAD. The flight was several times changed.
The A350 is a great plane but BA's seating was incredibly tight (eg compared to the same plane as flown by BA's partner Finnair) and with a middle seat it was very claustrophobic
Flights were on time. Crew was courteous. Food was much better than I expected. Heathrow is a good transit hub - great selection at the duty free.
The seats in airbus from LA to London are uncomfortable. They are too narrow. I am a slim person but felt cramped. The way the seats are laid out really hinders privacy. You are forced to look at the person next to you which is awkward, Also the entertainment on the same leg was limited. The crew was excellent and attentive and the food was decent. The seats on London to Delhi leg were way better. The crew again was very attentive and polite.
British Airways keeps canceling our flights. They have lost my trust in using their services again. I understand rescheduling once but twice? I am now arriving at home 36 hours later than the first flight that I booked.
They lost my baggage and still waiting an update when I can receive it
One if not the best Airline I have traveled so far. My only complaint is that flights where delayed.
With my outbound flight I didn’t get the food I wanted whiles others did. I was sad
Great job notifying of 30 minute delay in departure. Fabulous job making up for the time and arriving as scheduled. Air travel is just no fun anymore with the extreme overcrowding, and someone needs to come up with an innovative plan for loading and unloading passengers (load all window seats first, middle seats second, aisle seats last?). Great job getting the luggage on the carousel in record time!
Flight was fine, food much better than anticipated, and flight attendants were helpful and friendly!
