It was great. My seat was comfortable. The bathrooms were clean . The service was superb . I travel a lot and I have been in 64 counties. I wish I could fly first class, even though I could , but I prefer to budget my yearly travelling expense on actual visiting , not on flight. Anyway, my point is that your economy was far much better than other airlines as good as Air France. The flight attendants and all crew were polite and very helpful and respectful. Thank you for making my long trip tolerable.
We are flying with Swiss for a long time but this time was terrible do to are flight cancellations we are in some bad hotel with out normal food
For the price of the ticket it's probably the best service in the world
Seats are too cramped, but that is a problem with every airline. I actually enjoyed the meal served.
Crammed like sardines into the middle of the middle 4 seat row for an 11 hour flight was a terrible experience. No attempt made to help passengers sleep by dimming lights or shutting window shades. Small mediocre meals. Not enough good movies/TV options. Hopefully we will never have to do this again.
better announcing at the gate prior to boarding and better organization of various gps
The plane was good - on time! But can the stewardesses smile or actually be nice - not to bark the commands
This time, I traveled in the economy, and it was surprisingly better than the eco-premium (food, comfort, and crew were noticeably worse in premium!)
Lots of water brought around by staff which is very important to stay hydrated on a long flight. There provided swiss chocolate icecream! The attention to detail is obvious. They really want to make their passengers entertained and comfortable.
Was very good, was happy with the way staff were smiling and how they were approachable
A child was loud throughout which made the trip less than optimal. Crew was great and professional. They need to change the automatic seat belt announcement which is too loud and had other unneeded words like "this is XYZ announcement number one'
Love the dreamliner plane. It's such a smooth ride, I don't notice that it's 15 hours in the air. The staff are great and they don't overstuff you with food.
I really like this airline. The staff are lovely and friendly, the planes are tidy and unfussy. I would rate them at the top of the African Airline carriers.
Delayed by 4 hours with inadequate advance notifications which caused us a lot of consternation and angst. I will never fly or recommend your airline again
Flight was changed 3 times, from a night flight to a day flight, and then delayed by 5h…
Kenya Airways delayed my flights for 7 days. Each delayed, they notified me last minute. This is ridiculous.
The kindness and good humor of all the people who this flight possible was a joy.
Awful, we had a delay of 3 hrs, impacting in my transfer flight to Cape town, and Kenya airways didnt do anything. They sent me twice to transfer services in Nairobi, not been available to sleep (from 1 am to 5 am); without any update.
It's the only direct flight between Accra and Nairobi, and you pay for it! Food is better on Asky. No entertainment on flight from Accra to Nairobi, but there other way did have screens. Generally timely boarding and departure.
Very helpful crew, including airport people, getting us in wheelchairs and working so hard to get us where we need on time!

I bought a ticket and paid for for our luggage but I had to pay for my luggage again. I’m so disappointed! We had a 30 min delay and because of that we missed our connecting flight and were told that we would be on the next flight (9am flight ) but we were landed we were booked at 12pm flight. I had a little baby w me, it was very stressful. I begged to leave at 10 am at least. I was emailed that we get a voucher but they didn’t work when we were at a breakfast store. I’ve been always happy w Lufthansa but this time was awful.
Food was great but they didn't clear my meal tray for 3 hours. You'd think they could check though the cabin now and then.
The media system is so inreliable, it keeps freezing and restarting at the begonning. Old planes with an old entertainment system makes a long flight very boring
Always having a good experience with Lufthansa. I prefer them over anyone else. Sometimes prices need to be more affordable. Munich airport is clean and good, services are available and it’s overall a good experience. I have been flying with Lufthansa for close to a decade and I hope many more to come.
The boarding process was really slow. The air crew was amazing and the food options and the entertainment were also really great.
I wouldn't recommend Lufthansa otherwise. We took this flight only because our flight to Kittilä got cancelled and Lufthansa offered a replacement which would have been two days later, with a night in Frankfurt and another in Munich. We refused the replacement but the staff at the airport entered in the system claiming that we accepted the replacement.. We didn't get the full refund because of this.
I have ordered Hindu or Indian vegetarian food, to my surprise they did not find any such request. All I ate during the flight was 2 pieces of bread. The airline hostess was completely rude and racist. She promised one apple and I asked he four hours of promise and she denied saying am not nice to her. Europeans seems to be having racism issues with Indians. I will officially launch complaint with Indian and USA governments They made to starve, I recently got open heart surgery and I am diabetic patient
For this long of a flight one would expect some more service, like a snack, entertainment or reclining seats
It was just ok. Half the bathrooms were broke on the flight.
1. I was charged 2 times for luggage at check in 2. It was NOT British airway the entire way - apparently American Airlines connected from London to Miami 3. Lost luggage in London- hopefully will arrive to. In short, nor a good experience
If they wouldn't have canceled the flight WITHOUT informing me until I looked at my ticket and saw I had 2 extra layovers in 2 different cities than the ones I paid for? That would have been nice.
Poor BA get a lot of stick and have some problems getting your bags to the same destination BUT the whole experience is very much 5 star and probably due to excellent, helpful and sooo British staff. We travelled in economy plus.
Expected a lot better service paying for a business class seat. Seemed to be short on staff and did not get the service I expected.

Once again I purchase a business class ticket and the seat is exactly the same as cattle class, the only difference being is that BA install a janky table over the middle seat so there is somewhere to place your complimentary drink, the tray table is just big enough for the small tray, so if you are not concerned about getting fed and watered on the plane or getting access to the BA lounge I would save your money and fly cattle, PS the cabin crew were exceptional in every way, shame about the equipment
Overall a good experience. Heathrow was quite crowded and we did not knew the boarding gate just very late. Kayak sent a message with the gate number, but BA no and also it was not shown in the airport screens. so I had to wait until BA offered the gate number, as a result we didn’t have time to eat because we didn’t know how dar were we from the gate..
Short lay-overs and total flight times. Everything else could have been better.
