There was fog in Amsterdam so many flights were delayed because of the weather. Air France knew that the flight would be delayed by two hours but still boarded the plane on time. Instead of letting the passengers wait at the gate we were crammed into the plane. It was uncomfortable. No refreshments were given. I couldn’t charge my devices onboard.

Seats were comfortable crew members support was very good but AVML ordered or selected by us needs a lot of improvement.

Transavia flight. Couldn't select seat or anything prior to flight. No connection with klm systems. Seats are very crammed. Extremely no frills.

Overall a very pleasant flight. No significant issues on either flight. Amsterdam airport is very convenient for connecting

It’s chaotic at the bus stop outside of the airport because of the Uber meeting point. You need to be alert and look for the KLM bus which is not branded or labeled. Incorrect information was provided to go to gate 28, when in fact the bus was at gate 27. On the plus side the bus left early and arrived early to Ottawa.

Great flight because I upgraded to Premium Comfort. Made a huge difference in the experience.

The flight was great, the only reason for middle scores on entertainment and food is that it was a short flight so not included (but snacks were served including alcoholic beverages free of charge). I would definitely recommend KLM.

Was trying to change a flight but told that Canadian and local klm systems do not interact so they could not access my booking. Overall I like klm a lot but if it was important to change flights I would be very frustrated.

Flight was delayed. Can happen. But the info on the website and app said that flight was cancelled which was not the case.

riding in first class, you don't expect every time you order your dinner or breakfast that the first thing the stewardess says is Let me see if we have any left. Also, the food selection was not great: 3 of 4 entrees had mushrooms and I dont eat mushrooms, the 4th item was 'let me see if we have any left' and this was within 30 mins of entering the flight! Same experience level, it didn't feel first class this round.

There was frequent beverage ,meal and snack service. The crew was very hospitable and professional.

Being a QR Platinum member traveling in business class, I expected the staff to be more courteous. Unfortunately, the lady staff was rude attending business class 1K side.

As gold member there is no priority checkin. Meaning you either have to board with your zone or last with business class pax. As economy pax all the baggage bays are filled by the time you arrive

Don't be afraid if you board an Oman Air Airbus A330 - it will take you to Colombo and not Muskat. The Aircraft is leased by Qatar Airways ;-)

More facilities to transport to the gates......felt too much walking distance

From Montreal to Doha , we habe two complaints : 1) They want to charge for Seat Selection, claiming that the Class of ticket bought on Kayak did not cover seat selection. It such a penny pinching rule, I told them, since we paid almost $20,000 our 3 tickets , that rule should never exist. Also I reserved my tickets so many months ahead, I expected they will naturally put the family together or move somebody else to keep our family seating together. I filed a complaint, and NOBODY ANSWERED. 2) In Montreal, Qatar has an arrangement with the National Bank Lounge. It was so overcrowded and the Lounge is so bad in terms of service and food, amenities etc... The WORST lounge . Why Qatar not have another arrangement their Business Class clients in Montreal. The Air France KLM Lounger is better, the Air Canada Lounge is better. Qatar should send somebody to take a look ! Joseph Chung

The staff at the check in lied. I requested aisle seats he said he gave me aisle seats. In actuality he only gave me aisle seat for 2 hour Karachi to Doha flight. From Doha to Dallas flight he gave me middle seat .

The business class experience was awesome - I will be using QATAR airways again and it'll be business class again - appreciate the privileges afforded to the business class clients - thank you.

They sell the option to select chairs in extrafly price level, but this is not true. I was not able to select the seats. The food was not the requested option. They suppously offer glutten free menu, but during the fly that was nos availble.

I enjoy flying with Turkish Airlines and such good hospitality among the crew memebers

My experience was amazing. Very friendly hosts and impeccable service.

Not sure how they are rated best airline in Europe. If they are the best; then I worry about the overall airline standards of European airlines. Seats were very uncomfortable and almost closer to budget airlines in terms of comfort. A sore bottom after a long haul flight ruins your holiday at the start. Check in process was okay. Staff/crew was good - interactions ranged from pleasant to borderline rude (depending on the particular individual).

Everything was great except the meat served was tough and overcooked!

With the boarding process, shuttle to the plane, and boarding there we ran about 30 minutes late. It was okay for comfort for a short flight.

The hot towels before the second meal was an unexpected surprise. The crew was attentive and personable, and that’s a lot on a nine hour flight. And the hot pretzels were a kind of “auf wiedersehn “ to Germany.

My mother is 87 years old and has knee problems. I have reserved a wheelchair indicating that she is immobile. For her it is very difficult to walk short distances. On arrival in Frankfurt, I was called via my mother's phone, by the female employee who had my mother in a wheelchair. She asked me how many and what color suitcases she has, which I explained. I was very surprised when 15 minutes later my mother walked out with her cane and balancing with great difficulties assisted by a young couple who were pushing her suitcase. Where was the wheelchair and the airport employee? I find this to be a disrespectful and abusive behavior of elderly people. It also raises the question of professional misconduct of the airport personnel in Frankfurt i.e. the female employee who abandoned an 87 year old immobile person by the luggage lane. I would like to inquire about the details i.e. name of that employee.

Great flight. Friendly crew. Good food. Nice clean cabin and toilet was a good size. I like the starliner.

Seats are too close together, there is not enough legroom. Food was pretty bad. TV didn’t work for more than half the flight which was annoying. Crew was annoyed that I complained about the TV they shut down the system and it restarted but then froze again. Asked them again but they were annoyed only to shut it down again it worked for two hours then froze again.

well we had 1 hot delay in Lyon and because we were not updated by further delay from Frankfurt, I had to run so fast for like 20 minutes to reach gate for next flight and then I was told the plane had 1 hour delay...

Both of my flights on Lufthansa (coming and going) were cancelled. I was rebooted on united airlines, separated from my family/traveling partners. On our flight to luxembourgh we ended up in seats separated by several rows on the long flight, although we PAID to sit together. On the return trip we ended up on 3 completely different flights. When speaking to Lufthansa they didn't even acknowledge the outbound flights were cancelled. We were unable to meet with traveling companions in Chicago as we were flown to Denver. The quality of service, customer service and food between united and Lufthansa cannot be compared. The food on united was not attractive and the taste was similar to school lunch food. Not close to the meals I have had on Lufthansa. Hardly an equal "trade". I was unhappy with my travel experience on this trip.

Food was excellent. Staff were very helpful when asked a question and followed up with an answer quickly.

Business class in Club Europe is basically a slightly larger seat, with the middle seat blocked off. Not really business class, except for the free food/drink - which was also delicious!

Flight delayed and we were forced to check our carryon bags which was huge inconvenience.

I wasn't able to request a special meal on the on line check in. I informed the cabin crew and they went out of their way to find foods I could eat. I am very grateful.

Tv screen didn’t work asked twice and never got an answer. 10 1/2 hrs no entertainment screen

We were on the plane for more than 5 hours with seats that don’t recline. Delayed for more than 1 hour and flight crew did not even serve water. Then on flight they don’t offer food unless you purchase it. Very poor experience.

Our original flight booked in First Class was delayed to the point we would make our connection at DFW so AA rebooked us on an earlier flight in Coach. No mention of giving us credit for the difference in cabin class.
