The crew is very friendly and helpful. The food is good for airplane food. The flight is long and hard to sleep. The leg space is great. The plane arrived in plenty of time.

Flight was cancelled at the last minute with no explanation. No viable alternative offered and zero customer service support. Totally useless.

The boarding was smooth, seats comfortable, crew friendly and helpful.

Poor check in rude attitude by a lady staff being we both of us are senior citizen and diabetic we have asked for seats in centre particularly not Window seat but she allotted Window seat such a rude and inhuman behaviours Really we are very sorry

Our original booking with Kayak -our first experience -was exactly what we wanted and worked well. Updates were friendly and reassuring as were the contacts with UnderPricer so a big win-win. We learned a lot on your reliability and will definitely put you on our organisational list for the future.

Great room between the seats, food was excellent, very comfortable overall and could have stayed on the plane even longer

I have noticed that the airlines, including this flight, pretend there is going to be turbulence, announce such, and say they can’t do beverage service. There is no turbulence and the seat belt light goes off 10 minutes before they ask for tray tables up and seat belts back on. They are just trying to spend less money and it’s quite transparent

Food was terrible , crew were excellent , IFE was dire . Overall comfortable seat and cabin. Nothing special .

We found the bag drop/ check-in proceedure at T5 unnecessarily complicated. We paid extra for seat selection in advance and were allocated worse seats at T5. We found the check-in person was not particularly helpful although the the staff at the gate were super good.

Gate closed way too early - over 1 hour before departure. Put onto next flight. Ticket had been changed without notifying us.
