No entertainment since it was a 3 hr flight. Good leg room for economy.

I've yet to be on an Air Dolomiti flight that hasn't been delayed, but other than that I've really enjoyed flying with them

It was my first experience in business class. It was everything I expected and more. Service was impeccable, food was delicious and I felt rested once I arrived to London

They are professional. Nice crew. Still flying Boeing 747. Thank you for that. I love this airplane. Traditional.

Delayed flight with no explanations; no jetway boarding so we had to stand on the tarmac in the cold rain. Baggage was lost.

My seat was upgraded to premium economy, food was good and cabin crew was nice.

Air Dolomiti personnel were very nice as ever. Got nicked for 80 euros for my bag; something I didn’t agree to when I booked… What’s up with that?

I did not fly them . They rebooked me on a longer flight to Helsinki. I did not get the food I wanted . Paid more for seats and baggage and now trying to deal with them is. Mess. They reimbursed me for half of cost and not the actual fee I incurred and this was all due to operational reasons . Too many chefs in kitchens and everyone deflects not their problem. Book one airline

No internet for most of the flight. Very narrow seats. Food was bad. Flight was nearly an hour late with perfect weather, crew offered no explanation or compensation.
