My luggage did not make the connection and 4 days later I still have not received it.
We're talking about a short-haul in-country flight.. there is no confort, no food, just the bottle of water. The seats are squeezed like hell and I was in the back-end of the plane, with one spare row left for the crew and to store excess bags that could not fit in the overhead bin.. Speaking of carry-on, some passengers should be better screened as their bags were simply too big to fit in the overhead bins.. ! How can this happen, and it was an A310, with 2 columns of 3-seater rows.. There is a pseudo-Business class, which is simply a section in the front of the plane where the same seats are occupied only 2 out of 3, on each side, leaving more rooms for the passengers and their bags. That's it.

Seats are too cramped, but that is a problem with every airline. I actually enjoyed the meal served.
Crammed like sardines into the middle of the middle 4 seat row for an 11 hour flight was a terrible experience. No attempt made to help passengers sleep by dimming lights or shutting window shades. Small mediocre meals. Not enough good movies/TV options. Hopefully we will never have to do this again.
This time, I traveled in the economy, and it was surprisingly better than the eco-premium (food, comfort, and crew were noticeably worse in premium!)
I have no complaints. The crew was attentive, pleasant and heloful
Flight was cancelled due to technical problems with the aircraft. It would be nice if SWISS would invest in new aircraft; that would for sure minimize the technical issues with (old) aircrafts.
My schedule flight was rebooking and changed to Chicago, then I did not used the flight from Dulles to Savannah
The real bathroom smelled horrible and it smelled in the real of the plane..
Check-in was very disappointing. My Seat reservation was no longer honored which I had for several months. Supposedly the monitor was damaged and the seat could not be issued. In the lounge I checked again and the seat had been assigned to someone else so I could not sit next to my wife and no other adjacent seats were available - except right in front of the bathrooms and galley. Very disappointing practices for business class!

We were delayed so long that I missed the next flight. I should’ve arrived in Catania at 4 o’clock and arrived at 1 AM. The late departure was due to a water leak due to a dirty filter, according to the flight staff, and that seems like something that should’ve been taken care of before the flight. It’s too simple of a mechanical problem to make you miss the whole day.
Liked nothing. Rude staff. Incompetent crew and workers. Wont fly with again
Leg room was ok 1 flight attendant threw headphones at us. Very rude Overbooked flight thank goodness I got a seat Bathrooms smelled and urine all over the floor

Flight was late and I missed my connecting flight to Dublin. This is not the same Lufthansa I remember, you guys don't care anymore. Hopefully my trips with Swiss Air will much better.
Terrible. Super uncomfortable/less room than a domestic flight and flight was 9.5 hours. Food was terrible. Flight attendants slammed the cart into 2 people in our party numerous times as they were both over 6' tall and sitting in the aisle.
It was just ok. Half the bathrooms were broke on the flight.
If they wouldn't have canceled the flight WITHOUT informing me until I looked at my ticket and saw I had 2 extra layovers in 2 different cities than the ones I paid for? That would have been nice.
Poor BA get a lot of stick and have some problems getting your bags to the same destination BUT the whole experience is very much 5 star and probably due to excellent, helpful and sooo British staff. We travelled in economy plus.
All and it was good . But no one woke me when meals came around . Please have a don’t not disturb sign if you opted for that . Left very hungry missing all meals .
Bathroom was out of service. Had to pay for everything
I’m appreciative that the crews were polite. I didn’t eat the food due to my nutrition plan.
If I have to decide again definitely I will pick another Airline…..British Airways NO MORE.
I asked for assistance for my mobility issues. It took over 45 min to find someone to take me to the security. then I was deposited at the lounge and I was supposed to be picked up. No one came. I almost missed the flight. There was no offer of extra water, snacks or anything on the flight. Food was OK given that I am gluten and diary free. Seats were uncomfortable and very little stow away space.
The second leg of my flight unexpectedly got canceled. I was stuck at the airport for the whole day and instead of flying out that morning I flew out in the evening. For some of my fellow passengers it was the second cancellation and their original flight was supposed to go out the day before. There was no reason given though getting rebooked was quick even though I would have preferred if I would have been on one of the earlier flights that day. Compensation was a £10 voucher for some food at the airport. I eventually arrived without further incident but but due to the cancellation, it was one of my more frustrating travels of my life.
My flight got cancelled the night before suddenly. They rebooked only half my flights back. I couldn’t contact them for help and then I had to book a separate flight on my own to get to the new flight back that they had booked me on. In Flight services were great. But once the flight got cancelled I was left on my own. Same experience for a traveling partner going to a different destination
