The food for long haul was poor compared to Singapore airlines economy. Pasta plain with tomato sauce . Singapore airlines give me Hagen dash small ice cream cup it was great. The choices of dinner course Singapore air also much better The crew mostly friendly. The economy seat are as expected.

They need to improve their boarding process. Group 1 and/or paying first class passengers shouldn't be in the middle of boarding process

A three (3) hour flight should have meal service in First Class, not just potato chips!

The entertainment would not work. The comfort of the seats leaves something to be desired, pretty uncomfortable.

The Cree was BEYOND AMAZING. They were, by far, THE BEST CREW I had the pleasure of flying with. They catered to my every need, beyond friendly, and upheld the highest level of professionalism that is of Lufthansa Airlines.

I still prefer Delta, but Delta doesn’t fly to State College PA.

The flight attendant was very kind and offered my son a snack for free.

It was so uncomfortable for 14 straight hours it was torture

Luggage management is poor, my missing luggage is still lingering.

Bad, but r that was because Chicago to stl flight 14 hours late.
