There's just no way to sit fully upright and comfortably in these seats. There needs to be 2 more inches of room, and that's not something that only one person on the flight needs - the whole flight needs 2 more inches of room. If that means you sell 6 less seats, so be it. It's too close for anyone. Forcing people to pay for "premium" economy just to get "barely enough space to breathe" isn't really an answer to that.

The crew were very nice. I would have appreciated a pillow for comfort. I had a special meal that was sloppy, but the salad was great. Thanks

The fight didn’t happen because I was rerouted to Trinidad as previously explained.

Did not even get on board. Was told I needed an esta agreement. Was not aware of this when I booked the fare and not told about them

boarding was uneventful. Snack was pathetic. A tiny fruit bar. Entertainment was limited to just select movies on your own tablet or phone. No live TV. I recently flew Jetblue and they had unlimited snacks and live satellite TV the entire flight. My seat was an exit seat, 20A. It was super uncomfortable. It felt cramped and the middle seat was taken up by a large woman who pushed into my shoulder and arm. Horrible flight.

Everything was awful Flight attendant was condescending, rude and not helpful at all. Small outdated plane. No service, uncomfortable seats. Flight attendant was really the worst. He used hand gestures to communicate instead of words and whenever he used words he was condescending.

Good even though flight was delayed, the crew was prompt and efficient.

Delayed by 2.5hrs any longer and they would’ve had to honour their own policy for breaking their own rules and regs. Not cool, especially when I have an infant child that needs to stay on a routine and they get schedules.

I am not an electronic savy. I don't know how to maneuver the APPS for services. Why can't I just buy food without the apps.

The Cree was BEYOND AMAZING. They were, by far, THE BEST CREW I had the pleasure of flying with. They catered to my every need, beyond friendly, and upheld the highest level of professionalism that is of Lufthansa Airlines.
