R35 224 Find Cheap Flights from Grand Cayman to Johannesburg

Great room between the seats, food was excellent, very comfortable overall and could have stayed on the plane even longer

1. Missed to deliver bags at Destination 2. no coordination at Layover for flight connection for wheel chair , could have missed flights 3. Customer service agents are not honest , talk with attitude and do not provide correct information about baggage policy

Ok we did get an upgrade and the flight was delayed 45 minutes BUT without any bias. The crew were excellent, friendly, efficient and verging on exuberant, they all were so happy to do their jobs. Food excellent and the new safety video is fun to watch.

The seats are incredibly uncomfortable. My luggage didn't make it on the flight from London to Nashville.

5 days later I have not yet received my luggage so terrible and unacceptable

I could not charge my phone the entire night or read my book, as the whole middle isle was without power.

One if not the best Airline I have traveled so far. My only complaint is that flights where delayed.

All and it was good . But no one woke me when meals came around . Please have a don’t not disturb sign if you opted for that . Left very hungry missing all meals .

The least comfortable business class seat I have encountered for a while - very very firm when reclined making sleeping difficult. Cost cutting is visible everywhere - no offer to refill drinks (the wines were not good - so no real issue there :) ) Just not worth what BA charge
