Delays from united along with Newark air space caused delays. But an average flight! Unfortunately we come to expect delays from the airlines.
Sucks ! All three flights I was on this trip were delayed.
Fast checkin with the self serve terminal, good communication at the boarding gate.
I liked that the flight to Kosice was on time, the service was excellent and we arrived to Vienna early. The only thing I did not like, is that I had to pay for my suitcase $75. Bummer

Flight was on time, crew were excellent. For some reason our originally selected seats were changed. We had to re-choose our seats when we checked in online and options were limited. One of our two checked bags we placed on the wrong carousel. It was only be shear luck that I saw it. That cost us 20 minutes of wasted time. So much for the “priority” tags. They are meaningless, and have been ever since they were implemented. I wish you would do the save some money and stop using them.
Ridiculously slow disorganized boarding, ended up 35 min late and people missed connections
Flight delayed. They made no attempt to get our luggage to our connecting flight so I am without necessities after they begged me to check in my bag. Still dont have it.
The flight attendant was very kind and offered my son a snack for free.
Slight delay but not bad. UA app worked well! Got regular updates of gate changes, etc. Don't have any complaints.

The seats are incredibly uncomfortable. My luggage didn't make it on the flight from London to Nashville.
All and it was good . But no one woke me when meals came around . Please have a don’t not disturb sign if you opted for that . Left very hungry missing all meals .

Flight was ok, but online checkin did not work, so had to go to ticket counter. The line was long and attendant did not arrive until 2 hr before boarding. She was very efficient, but the uncertainties was troubling.
The flight from London to Thessaloniki was great. The return flight was not. Many issues with flight attendants and not having proper products to eat and drink.
The crew will not help you with the overhead bin even if you are business class. If they do, there's always the sentence " we are not supposed to lift anything".... To charge for seat assignment in business class is nothing short of money grabbing/ ripoff. The ground service in London is better than Vancouver, which was atrocious.
Aviianca was ok but that was not my original flight I boooked. I was moved there a few hours before boarding and the flight landed at a different airport from my connecting flight. I had to take a very expensive cab over 150 pounds to comnect.
The flight attendant kept bypassing our row when serving drinks and food. And the. He spilled water on me. And spilled a chicken tikka masala on the aisle floor right by my feet.
