No matter your kids’ age, you will find suitable activities that they will enjoy, whether in the summer or winter season. Some of the activities are complimentary such as Supervised Activity Time, Movie Nights, Bocce Ball games and the Game Lounge. Other activities will incur a fee which depends on the actual activity. Kids aged 6-13 can go on a Photo Scavenger Hunt or a Movie Campout for 15 CAD (about 12 USD), or horse riding for 50 CAD (about 38 USD), while teenagers can go rafting or canoeing, both of which cost 15 CAD (about 12 USD).
The Fairmont Château Lake Louise resort has a large number of shops located on site which are very convenient for purchasing last minute necessities considering the resort’s location. You will also find sports gear at Chateau Mountain Sports, kids clothing at Bear Hugs, local produce and souvenirs at Goodies, and books and art at Mountain Lights Bookstore.
