I recently travelled with Qatar Airways from Doha to Dulles in the QSuite, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The cabin crew, especially the lady in charge of the cabin, was remarkable—professional, attentive, and genuinely kind. The food was excellent, and the comfort of the seat was absolutely first-class, making the journey smooth and enjoyable. While the in-flight experience was outstanding, I have a few points of feedback. Firstly, the content available in the in-flight entertainment system could be expanded and upgraded to include a more diverse and updated collection. This would elevate the entertainment experience to match the premium standards of the QSuite. Secondly, regarding the Wi-Fi service: while QSuite passengers receive one hour of complimentary Wi-Fi, any additional usage requires a fee of USD 10. Considering the premium pricing of QSuite, it would be more fitting to include unlimited Wi-Fi as part of the experience, further enhancing the luxury offered to passengers. Lastly, I must highlight an issue with luggage handling. Unfortunately, my luggage did not make it through the transit, which was disappointing. While the ground crew assured me that it would be delivered to my home on the same day as it was arriving on the next flight, this promise was not fulfilled, and the delay added unnecessary inconvenience to an otherwise excellent experience. Overall, the QSuite experience was exceptional, but addressing these areas would further solidify Qatar Airways’ position as a leader in luxury air travel.

I purchased Qatar airways after seeing ads about its service. To my surprise Qatar is marketing gimmick and horrible airlines which I don’t recommend to anyone Flight was dirty including flight from Miami to Doha And Doha airport restrooms are dirty On top of this they use this pathetic cheap indigo From Doha to Hyderabad which I will never fly Also they lost one of my baggage in Indigo and still waiting to receive it. I will never travel Qatar and will never recommend
Aircraft was spacious compared to American Airlines, food was great, entertainment was much better with a wide variety of options, and the crew was very polite.
There was not enough food for everybody. Some dishes were missing.
Boston to Doha was great but Doha to Dhaka was the worst experience.
The overall flight experience between Doha and Kolkata was satisfactory. The staff onboard were notably engaged, responsive, and enthusiastic, providing a level of service that stood out, especially when compared to the less attentive crew on the earlier leg from Heathrow to Doha. Their eagerness to assist made the journey more pleasant. Additionally, the time spent at the Silver Lounge in Doha contributed positively to the experience. The lounge offered a comfortable and relaxing environment, with adequate amenities and attentive staff. Overall, both the flight and the lounge experience in Doha met expectations, making for a smooth and satisfactory travel experience.

Check in desk people constrained by fear. Obvious typo on Uganda visa, even though approved, caused loss of flight. Something is definitely wrong with this system.
Being a platinum member, no attention given. No towel or tissue provided.
As gold member there is no priority checkin. Meaning you either have to board with your zone or last with business class pax. As economy pax all the baggage bays are filled by the time you arrive
It was very bad experience with Ethiopian airlines . The flight was delayed in both ways . On the way coming back one of the crews dropped hot coffee on my whole body and other crew dropped used dirty glasses on top of me . The same crew that dropped hot coffee on me hit me with the food trolley on my knee while I was sleeping . I couldn’t sit properly due to the pain on my knee caused by those irresponsible crews . Very unprofessional airlines
Flight was delayed an hour. Also, I bought an extra legroom seat online; but the actually plane was a different configuration so I didn't get what I paid for . This happened on the Addis to Lusaka leg of my trip.
The flight delayef for over 2 hours so my route was changed leading to arriving to my destination without my luggage
I liked nothing of Ethiopian airlines except the price of the fare.
Food was really not appealing. There was a blocked sink in the toilet. Toilet is cramped and the wall between the 2 toilets are not secured properly.
The use of a domestic carrier without entertainment was disappointing and a let down
Plane was late with no information or announcement … had to walk up n downstairs.., had not communicated this … and ppl had suitcase to carry .
Like: It arrived, Dislike: Boarding was a separate corridor with no counter announcements at the passenger waiting area. Very dirty airplane and toilets, food options were terrible - everything even the vegetarian option was a curry spice. Many other passengers using the toilets would not lock the door and kept door partially open during use - flight attendants would not enforce or direct them to lock it and light turns on, no entertainment options at all, other passengers would be singing and not peaceful. Atrocious flight experience.
I have been flew with ET since 2013 and I wish the service can be reach standard airlines as Star Alliance member please ET you need to improve many thing on the services learn from SQ and other member

Poor hygiene in the lavatories. Limited control of passengers who often were up standing around my seat talking loudly with their friends.
Extremely bad experience compared to Vistara. No priority in check in, no priority for boarding. No upgrade. Seat selection is paid. Curtains were dirty. Demo bag was dirty. Warmth of the crew was missing.

It was far better than what others had led me to expect. I would fly with them again. Don't expect all features of the entertainment system to work.
The plane interior was incredibly outdated. Nothing worked. My tray table was taped together (yes, TAPED!). None of the TV monitors worked. There were no buttons to turn on the overhead lights or call for a flight attendant. There was no indication of where we were or how long it would be till we got to our destination. This was a 15 hour flight btw. I was seated near the bathrooms and after a few hours on the flight, it smelled strongly of urine. It was sickening. There was only a USB charging outlet and you had to use your phone to watch movies through their WiFi. Somehow the outdated charger made it take so long to charge my devices. I paid for my seats and they definitely did a bait and switch on me. The seats I paid for were NOT the seats that I got. I will NEVER use this airline again and I highly recommend that others don't.
The trip with Air India was better than expected starting with the check-in and the Lounge. The flight was comfortable for a 1 hour flight.
Terrible. Air India canceled my flight out of Kathmandu because of airport constructions but did not tell me. They should not be selling night flights out of Kathmandu right now that they know they will not honor. The staff was terrible and not helpful with my rebooking or compensating me.
