Four handbag storages were damaged and sealed, limiting the space to store our things in the plane.

It was a short flight, sits uncomfortable No food was provided. Staff was lovely and kind .
It was a long and boring flight with no entertainment and no meal only a drink and very bad bag of chips
The crew was super friendly and respectful, they made me feel well all the fly , thanks delta
No food optional ( they offer just pasta, no second option, the soda without carbonation, I asked for snacks and they said give a minute, I never got it) I believe they (crew) don't care about it (people)
The seats are getting smaller and smaller. Very uncomfortable trip. More than in other airlines

My experience it was okay but have many thinks to be better. For example the food, the comfort.
On time. At least they offer a drink and a small snack. Plane was clean
TAM is a real disappointment. We had to jump on a crowded bus for a 6am flight - although there were at least 15 available fingers that could have been used by our plane. Then, we were placed on row 30 - the last row of the plane, despite having purchased the tickets a long time ago and being TAM gold plus members. Note: worse seats on the plane. Great way of rewarding your frequent flyers TAM ! I now remember why I stoped flying internationally with TAM and moved to American, United, Swiss, Lufthansa and BA. TAM has no respect for its customers.
Free food and drink! Got a late start due to mechanical problems w a luggage loader.
On board was excellent—a remarkable positive change. Check in was horrifying. Forced to check in branded cabin baggage approved bags weighing 10 and 12 kgs each, because desk insisted these were not fit for overhead lockers. Got charged £160 for two bags. Behaviour of staff was hostile, motivated and rude. Wonder if BA pays commissions on collection, or borrows staff from Airport operator. Basle evidently is an airport used by budget airline— and customers are treated like consumers.
It was a one stop flight. What I didn’t realize is that when we landed at London’s Gatwick it was necessary to go through immigration/customs and then go to the departure desk to get a new boarding pass…then pass through security again. There was only a 1 hr/20 min layover which is not nearly enough time to do all that. There were at least 12 people on my flight from Dubrovnik and 7 of them missed the flight to JFK. It was horrendous and British Airways should never have considered it a reasonable thing to do. I, literally, ran the very, very long hallways, up and down escalators and stairs…ran on the moving sidewalks and arrived quite wet from perspiration in time to board. Be sure to give yourself at least 3 hours to make any of those connections at Gatwick.
Flight to Seattle was fine. We were delayed getting into our gate. The connection time was short and they make you go through security again which was slow.
Flights were in time, everything was organized, food was really good!
Aircraft delayed for two hours due to a technical issue with the rear emergency exit door slide not working.
Boarding at London was poorly done. We really enjoyed both flights with amazing crews. Looking forward for next flights
Flight got delayed which made my already short layover in london to be reduced to sn hour considerI had to change Terminals fir my ingoing flight to NY
The flight was uncomfortably warm. We asked a member of the crew to adjust the temperature, and they said they would but it didn't make a noticeable difference. They really cram you into the plane, too, in economy. It was quite uncomfortable for an 11 hour flight.
Was downgraded from Premium Economy to Economy and no indication of any compensation.
