The flight itinerary was changed 3 times, I explain the problem on the previous leg.

4 hours delay, awful food and missed all my connections because of the delay to be rebooks for a flight 10 hrs later back home and never actually make it to my final destination

Four handbag storages were damaged and sealed, limiting the space to store our things in the plane.

Paper boarding passes needed, so you need to add the time at the kiosk or desk to get them at the airport

The boading process was fine. Had to wait for bus from tarmac to terminal. Had to go through 2 or 3 security checkpoints in Lima to make next connecting flight.

It was a short flight, sits uncomfortable No food was provided. Staff was lovely and kind .

It was a long and boring flight with no entertainment and no meal only a drink and very bad bag of chips

No food optional ( they offer just pasta, no second option, the soda without carbonation, I asked for snacks and they said give a minute, I never got it) I believe they (crew) don't care about it (people)

The crew was amazing. The best in the last times. Great group of people.
