I would never have been able to make the transfer in time without asking for a wheelchair
It was great, a little more leg room would have been better particularly since we were in premium economy
Very uncomfortable aircraft. No free entertainment or drinks. Food okay. Won't fly with them again.
Comfort good. Service as usual poor. Cabin temperature as usual too cold, about 15 degrees

The service on board was excellent, the flight wasn’t overbooked and we departed and arrived on time.
The ground staff on Islamabad is horrible. The on board services are excellent.
Business class on this plane was adequate, service, amenities, swag, and crew was amazing!
Airline did not have enough vegetarian meals for all guests, and crew were not adequately trained to handle this.
Excellent staff and flight experience. Would rather that I had upgraded to Premium Economy for extra space, but I will know to do it next time.
Good but entertainment system was not easy and very buggy
For this long of a flight one would expect some more service, like a snack, entertainment or reclining seats
Flight was late, with scheduled 50 min layover at Frankfurt. Arrived at gate A54, had to get to B5. We now had 35 min layover with delay, at top speed it took 30 min to get to B5 hot and bothered. Not good. Boarding in Lyon was normal chaos, shoving, and total disrespect for anyone beyond group 2. Boarding for Milan flight was more civilized as we all had to take a bus to plane.
Ground crew at checkin in Hyderabad airport was terrible, they seem to be intent on being a pain to passengers. Folks made a huge fuss about size of backpack and made me rearrange contents to make it fit in the sizing slot. All for a flight that is 60-70% full.
I had to fly United where the flight crew was atrocious
Lufthansa only flew me to Larnaca. I had to find my own way from there, and am out of pocket for a ticket and hotel expenses
I’m not a happy customer. Lufthansa cancelled my flight 3 times, and I had to rebook a flight to Larnaca, but a flight to Tel Aviv and pay for a hotel. Then the flight back was cancelled and now I have to find my own way back. Terrible.
Wonderful I upgraded from premium economy to business and it was totally worth it. The crew was fantastic. Very attentive positive. They made me feel right at home. We were on a 747 business class second story seat and it was fantastic.
Staff are really not attentive. Seem rather disinterested in attending to the customers in general.
