We boarded via a mobile gate in Dubai. I don't care for the bus ride from the gate to the plane
Okish. But for £550 , I’d have preferred a better experience
More organised boarding process. It was a circus. Otherwise absolutely top class flight
One of the worst flights I took in My life, delays after delays, then the AC is not working and we were living in a sauna,& we were sweating like pigs. and this even before take off. Next we arrived late one hour late, baggage claims worse than the delay itself add to that one more hour to get our luggage. I am extremely disappointed and my experience is I’m never going to fly on Emirates airline. Immigration was the only good thing about this trip. It took us seven minutes to go through to the luggage claims.
No Vegetarian options onboard, made to wait for a long time for boarding
Very good ..nice comfort..crew service was good..and no delays in time ..they always on time..
I am vegan. The food was balanced, tasty and enough. I enjoyed the ride. The crew was very friendly and went out of their way to please the passengers.
Food was good, great communication by Pilot and Co Pilot, Crew very friendly. Slow beginning drink and meal service - over 2hrs into flight which disrupted overnight flight sleep. Entertainment systems was 3 Stars, my wife's was nonfunctional and had to call attendant 3 times to get it reset, mine the headphones and jack we're twitchy and keep going to muted volume.
The internet connection did was not functioning as per normal.
The IFE was unstable the entire flight seats are very dated for business class and meals were not good.
