This time, I traveled in the economy, and it was surprisingly better than the eco-premium (food, comfort, and crew were noticeably worse in premium!)

Edelweiss is now Nickle&dimming, not even a complimentary wine on the intercontinental flight. Sitting space is the smallest I have ever seen.

I would recommend flying SWISS to anyone. Very impressed by the quality of food. The staff was extremely kind and accommodating. They arranged a shuttle to help a group of passengers make connecting flights when there was a delay.

I have no complaints. The crew was attentive, pleasant and heloful

overall the flight was good and we were happy they waited for us. However, our luggage didn t make it and this caused us a lot of problems.

Ghe issue was with the delay caused by the late boarding. We had to run to catch our next flight, barely made it and then our luggage didn t arrive with us. Really bad organizing.

It was a pleasant experience accept temperature in the plane It was extremely cold in the airplane that I was shivering I got sick because of the extreme cold temperature on my flight

Boarding in Dallas was hell with extremely rude gate agents , especially a lady named Rajathi who was the epitome of rudeness with no compassion at all . She was horrible and I wonder why airlines have people like her on their roster who exude arrogance and haughtiness . Will probably not fly British Airwsys because of people like her .

It was just ok. Half the bathrooms were broke on the flight.

If they wouldn't have canceled the flight WITHOUT informing me until I looked at my ticket and saw I had 2 extra layovers in 2 different cities than the ones I paid for? That would have been nice.

Poor BA get a lot of stick and have some problems getting your bags to the same destination BUT the whole experience is very much 5 star and probably due to excellent, helpful and sooo British staff. We travelled in economy plus.

The flight was okay, but legroom was tight for me and I’m only average height, although at 30” legroom is comparable with most other airlines. Not much room in the aisle either making the trek to and from the toilet difficult with passengers standing in the aisle. On the whole, it’s probably on a par with budget airlines and the ticket process extremely competitive.

Reasonably comfortable. Plenty of room. Crew were attentive and continually informing passengers of position. Although stuck in runway for 1 hour, weather issues, it felt like we were the crews first priority

Comfortable, pleasant staff, quiet, good entertainment, food, drinks. Better than American (flight back) when we were crammed in and staff sometimes indifferent.

Lost our luggage going to Spain. Missed our connecting flight returning to home

It would be great to have at least two choices for a food, instead of just plain pasta 😏

Bathroom was out of service. Had to pay for everything
