Don't fly thru London Awful and huge U need 4 hrs to transfer cuz u have to tale buses to and fro from airplanes Bad business

The crew is extremely nice, genuine and just pleasant to be around. On multiple flights, I or other passengers had interactions with the crew that were above and beyond what is generally accepted from other airlines. I WILL fly BA whenever available from now on.
This flag ght was cancelled at 3:30 AM the morning of departure! My son and I were nearly stranded until BA rep at airport found me alternate flights home. I had paid for seat upgrades, $75 for one suitcase, had no gluten-free food, had to arrive home at JFK instead of EWR, where my driver would have met me. That day was a pure nightmare!
Plane delayed several times due to mechanical issues. Plane not very clean and crew not very friendly.
Horrible experience. They lost my luggage and still can’t find it. The plane ride was below average. Food also terrible compared to other airlines.

The flight was uncomfortably warm. We asked a member of the crew to adjust the temperature, and they said they would but it didn't make a noticeable difference. They really cram you into the plane, too, in economy. It was quite uncomfortable for an 11 hour flight.
Good one world lounge at AMS, very friendly crew with efficient service onboard.
