Great customer service, very accommodating. (Check in) Smooth flight, thank you Pilots. Only negative was one working bathroom in first class. Atlanta Base flight attendants were wonderful. Thank you for your smiling faces Delta..

The flight itinerary was changed 3 times, I explain the problem on the previous leg.

Airline changed our itinerary several times (3). The second time, we were not aware of it, we landed at 7:24 pm and the flight depart time was 7:40 pm. We were not aware of this change and the flight departed without us, that made us being placed on an even later flight which was also delayed.

Flight never happened because of previous flight delay. Sent back to the stays on a flight 10 hrs later without making to my final destination and still waiting full rugindo for it. So yeah not a good experience

Paper boarding passes needed, so you need to add the time at the kiosk or desk to get them at the airport

The boading process was fine. Had to wait for bus from tarmac to terminal. Had to go through 2 or 3 security checkpoints in Lima to make next connecting flight.

It was a short flight, sits uncomfortable No food was provided. Staff was lovely and kind .

The crew was super friendly and respectful, they made me feel well all the fly , thanks delta

No food optional ( they offer just pasta, no second option, the soda without carbonation, I asked for snacks and they said give a minute, I never got it) I believe they (crew) don't care about it (people)
