R19 600 Find Cheap Flights from Central America to Johannesburg

I completely missed my flight because the first leg was longer than planned. I had to sleep overnight in the airport because no accommodation was provided and then sent to Trinidad in the morning with an anticipated 7 hour layover before my flight to Georgetown which was now with Caribbean Airlines. I tried twice with customer service to see if they could put me on an earlier flight which had seats available but was told it wasn’t possible.

Wish movie and music choices changed more often. Mostly same from a month or two ago when I last flew.

Staff was generally seeming stressed out and was a bit rude and slow. Plane left late. Pilot was very well-spoken.

It’s a United flight operated All Nippon Airways (ANA) operated by Air Japan — it’s already }1 bu default with the Japanese standard, which is respect, punctuality and, ultimately, comfort without compromise.

The check-in process is not the best They should have agents in site to help with any problem especially a rebook. Why does one have to get on the phone when there were at least 8 agents around that could have help?! Flying is stressful as it is and having someone willing to do their customer service will ease some of the stress.

Pleasant service from the crew. Arrived early. Efficient boarding and deplaning. Great job!

Haven’t used United in a while. Was surprised with the free blanket and earphones. Service was great. Huge plane. 9/.row.

Flight was ok. Unfortunately it was a Boeing 737, which is a cramped / tight airplane. I prefer the Airbus as they are a more comfortable flight experience.

Pot and crew did a tremendous job landing in Savannah in the middle of the tropical storm. !!

United service is way below par when compared with other airlines like JAL, ANA, or EVA on the same route especially for business class.
