Paper boarding passes needed, so you need to add the time at the kiosk or desk to get them at the airport
The boading process was fine. Had to wait for bus from tarmac to terminal. Had to go through 2 or 3 security checkpoints in Lima to make next connecting flight.
It was a short flight, sits uncomfortable No food was provided. Staff was lovely and kind .
No food optional ( they offer just pasta, no second option, the soda without carbonation, I asked for snacks and they said give a minute, I never got it) I believe they (crew) don't care about it (people)
Check-in was a total disaster, almos a full hour in the line
Just some cookies and water. There could be other options for food.

For bus boarding, group 1 should have been sent on a separate bus ahead of the general boarding. It would have been nice.
You delayed my trip three days for no reason other than your lack of preparedness, did not offer any compensation, including food or a bed. I couldn’t trust you so I moved up my return flight and lost another day at the end of my trip to hopefully make sure I make my next flight. I will never fly LATAM again. You have the worse accountability and reliability and clearly do not care that your clients have lives and what it cost to fly to another country.
Airline lost my luggage and after 20 days it has not been returned nor refunded any money.
Check in was not available online. It was super long line to check in
Did not expect no entetainment, food was ok. No alcohol on a. International flight
The food served was frozen salad and hummus. The hot meal was fine. Crew was doing bare minimum

Seats were in disrepair. Seat back pockets were all broken. Seats recline very far, which is comfortable for occupant, but confining for person behind.
My checked bag did not get loaded on the aircraft in Istanbul. Other than that, the flight was smooth, on time and the crew was friendly, efficient, and professional.
Unfortunately internet was down and they couldn’t fix it in a time I needed it so urgent to stay in touch with work
Very happy with the service, comfort, and food on Turkish Airlines. Security and check in was great.
I did not like the quality of the food and there was no snacks offered between meals.
