Pros:The location is fantastic, being right in the middle of Xi'an. I was very happy with my room... a spacious feeling with super comfortable bed and pillows.
Cons:The breakfast was okay... but not great. There wasn't much English spoken so it was hard to get information/advice about where to go (or to get a towel brought to my room. I tried 3 times and then ended up going down with a bath mat to act out what I needed!). The showerhead was leaking over the edges so it was more like a bucket being poured than the 'rain water' as advertised - I didn't really mind but some people might.
