Hotel is tired. Carpets in halls filthy. Advertised hot breakfast was coffee, toasted bread and bagels. No brown bread. Staff gave lame excused. No reduction in room rate.

Pros:Comfortable, We had a Jacuzzi suite. We had a good time the room was OK.
Cons:We found paraphernalia from the inside of cigars on the night stands. We also found cobwebs and dirt pouring out of the air conditioner under the window. And at 3:00 p.m. After all the house cleaning staff was gone we were in bed sleeping I heard a knock at the door didn't respond because our do not disturb light was on and I heard another knock and then all the sudden somebody just comes quietly walking in our Room. Some woman just walked in a Room it was very very sketchy I was displeased. I went to the front desk and he told me that the staff probly didn't understand that there was a do not disturb light. Bullshi× you're telling me your housekeeper's don't know that there is a do not disturb. It was truly a creepy situation my husband got up a mediately and looked out the doors she wasn't there after she said sorry and bogeyed out of our Room and there was also no housekeeping carts no staff anywhere. She didn't have anything in her hands like towel she was bringing us. She was going to go through my Room. I know she was! she was shocked to see us! she thought we were gone. I sent an email to the company and never got a response.

Pros:This is myself and Husband's second time staying at your beautiful hotel. The property is real beautiful! The complimentary breakfast was better than most hotels. The next time we are in the area we will definitely stay here again.
Cons:I do not like that your hotel does not have an indoor pool.

Pros:Jacuzzi tub in the room. Honeymoon suite was lovely. Really large room.
Cons:The bed was a little uncomfortable. Any movement at all translated to an earthquake.
