This particular unit was dark and basic. The thermostat didn’t work to cool the unit. The kitchen was well stocked. The bed is a bit soft. I would not return.

Cons:We needed to pay for towels at the pool, they didn't replace supplies in our room, and it felt rather deserted (off-season at a ski resort).

Cons:Everything has an led light that is blue or red or flashing, spent half an hour trying to figure out how to cover all the lights so we could sleep. Behind the headboard was another lit up thing that you could see between the mattress and the wall below the headboard while sleeping, and it had the low electric humming. WHAT THE HECK????? Beyond this, I get that it's fall and time to clean up and fix the resort, but 7:30am construction on a weekend is obnoxious at this price. Parking is a nightmare with the green signs that you can't see or find at night.

Pros:Overall Cleanliness, most of the staff was at least trying to be helpful, staff very polite. Stayed in a 2B/2B Condo, very big and comfy - has almost all you need for your stay.
Cons:Kayak had the wrong address for the check-in reception, which had me going in loops for about 20-30 min. Next morning we attempted to go tot he Martis Valley Grill for their "signature brunch," but the shuttle driver did not know where that was so he first gave us directions and after about walking the entire Village turns out it is not at the Village but by the golf course, he called a shuttle to take us there but the shuttle never got there, we ended up eating pizza. We used the pool which was clean and heated, however the times on the binder and the actual pool time did not match so we missed out on about 2 hrs of swimming. This seemed to be the recurring theme with most everything, the times posted on the binder did not match the actual times for any of the services so we had to constantly keep asking locations for their business times.
