This experience was atypical. The flight left three hours late because of engine technical issues, which meant a very long wait. Unrealistic announcements made it worse by discoursgong leavimg for water, reatrrom, etc. But the crew did its best and apart from the delay, it was not a bad flight. Good entertainment and drink service.In the end, I made my connection anyway.

Pros:The check in was very rude and moody for no reason. He was not accommodating with the seating arrangement
Cons:Ask the staff not to be so moody for no reason at all.

Upgrade to business was great. The crew was nice. Disembarkation in Bucharest was very slow through the rear door to a bus to get to the terminal. The business lounge was not clean with bugs running on the floor.
