Pros:The staff were nice and friendly. We were able to park with no problem.
Cons:The pictures from the web site looked nothing like the real thing. The room was filthy and smelled bad. The air conditioner unit was full of mold, fuzz?, and food bits. Appeared to have never been cleaned out. There were stains in the bathroom and carpet and walls. The window screen was coming off of the window. The window sill was filthy and old and falling apart. The floor was dirty and there was garbage under one of the beds. Therooms we reserved we’re supposed to have two queen beds each and we ended up with two full size beds in one room, and one full size and one queen in the other. The beds were also very uncomfortable. There was a small piece of metal sticking out of the corner of one bed and scratched my leg when I brushed up against it. The pool was dirty as well. The water was murky and was so warm it was uncomfortable to swim in it. There were broken tiles on the floor around the pool and at the bottom of the wall by the windows that face the parking lot. The window sill into the lobby was rusting as well. We paid a lot of money to stay here, and will not be coming back until some remodeling is done or some extensive cleaning is done. We will also be calling for a refund as our vacation was negatively affected by our stay at this hotel.

Pros:The staff were very nice and willing to help make our stay as plesent as possible. They were Very informative about the local area, which made it nice to find the best spots for site seeing. The pool is a salt water pool, clean, warm, and decent size. Was nice having 24hour access to the pool, which included a steam room and hot tub.
Cons:The only thing I can possibly say I didn't like was the beds were a bit uncomfortable in our room and they both bowed in the middle slightly. Other then that no complaints.

Cons:The room was somehow booked for the wrong evening and even though there was a reservation that had not gotten used and it was almost 4 in the morning and we understood that if they showed up that we would have to leave the room, we at first were going to be accommodated with a transferred reservation, and then the gentleman changed his mind and said we could only have the room for $50 more than the price we were quoted & paid in the first place!! Cash only!! So we had to sleep in our vehicle! Then when the day of our reservation came, they said my card was declined the several times they supposedly tried, when there was more than enough $ on it...and my statement shows that!!! So, again, we were unable to be accommodated and it being too late to catch a bus he had to take a $35 cab ride home!! Worst hotel experience EVER!!

Pros:The front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful! The sauna and pool area were nice. Within walking distance from beach, just a few blocks.
Cons:The building was a bit run down and the mattresses a little uncomfortable. Breakfast was just a basic toast, cereal, yogurt breakfast.

Pros:Actually seemed very clean and staff was friendly. Last option for the weekend but still better than some.
Cons:Little far from the beach and can not open the window. Had to drive to the beach every time, be about a 15 min walk to beach. I do like that they cleared near the river, hope they do something with that like picnic area or something. Actually very nice right by he river. Need to highlight that

Pros:Staff were very friendly and professional. Hotel is centrally located and close to everything and yet just far enough away from the main street noises.
Cons:Bed had little to be desired. Very uncomfortable mattress. We woke up each morning very sore. Walls are very thin and you can hear noise from other rooms.

Pros:Love the fact that the room had a small fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The hotel is also very conveniently located.
Cons:Your breakfast choices were better at your Tillamook location than Seaside.
