Big delay on run way not much explanation why, missed a important meeting in Dublin, maybe if they did nt persist measuring everyone bag over 2 cm we would have got off on time.

The lady at the boarding gate was so rude. She was challenging people being in priority and looking them up and down as if they weren’t dressed for first class. This was Ryan air priority. We all sit in the same seats. She loudly called out to embarrass a man who she believed had cheated and got in the priority line. He had a valid priority ticket and even worked for Ryanair. Also challenging visas insisting people download them until they proved on the government website it wasn’t required to print. The Ryanair employee who was challenged said she is always like this. She also pulled people from regular boarding as they were fashionably dressed and upgraded them to priority and changed their seats. That was comical. I think she felt she should be working for Emirates first class, although they would t have stood for her rude behaviour

Their customer service needs an overhaul. I wish we could access them and the could be more helpful. Also, the website has been crashing and I had numerous technical errors. My flight was cancelled and we spent so much time trying to get help because the tech was failing.

On time boarding, on time departure and early arrival. As it should be. Yes, the comfort and benefits are very poor, but therefore the ticket is 6 times cheaper than with a flag carrier. So I am not complaining about it. You get what you pay for.

The punctuality of f the flight was super: we left on time and arrived about 20 minutes early - and the cabin crew were both friendly and efficient. The only downside was that Ryanair appears to have resumes its old obsession with sizing cabin bags again after a long and welcome absence.

Overview of Ryanair

Centering the majority of its network out of primary bases in London and Dublin, Ryanair flies to more than 35 countries. Principally focusing on an extensive list of routes within Europe, flights are also available to the Middle East and North Africa. The airline has in excess of 75 supplementary hubs.

Offering competitively priced fares, the low-cost carrier bases its operations on minimal amenities. Seat reservation, checked baggage and priority boarding are available with the Flexi Plus fare. Ryanair is able to schedule direct services through its expansive spread of hubs. The decision to use a point-to-point transit system is one of the main reasons it is able to keep operating costs low. Several subsidiaries sit underneath it, including Ryanair UK, Lauda, Malta Air and Ryanair Sun.

It operates an exclusively Boeing fleet, with preference for the 737-800 model. As one of the largest operators of the 737 series, there are more than 400 aircraft. The tails of the fleet are decorated with the company’s logo, a combination of a harp and flying angel. The cabins have been stripped back to allow as many seats as possible to fit, with a capacity of approximately 189 passengers.

All customers are seated within the singular Economy cabin on Ryanair flights; however, it is possible to upgrade and purchase a Premium Economy ticket. Located in both the middle section and front of the cabin, the seats have up to an additional 4 in of legroom from the standard 30 in. There are 51 Premium seats and 138 standard Economy spots.
