Pros:The hotel was nice, comfortable and clean. The staff was nice. The room was quiet.
Cons:The big problem we had was booking through a 3rd party site. The 3rd party site put us in a room with accommodations and we really needed a tub for our small child instead of a walk in shower. Not to mention taking the accommodation room from someone who actually needed it. We did not pick this room but we were stuck with it. The people at the front desk said they couldn’t change our room because it was booked through a 3rd party (ie. Kayak)
Pros:We stopped in for a night to break up our drive to Colorado. Very clean, comfortable and quiet. Our kids loved the pool. We loved the in house restaurant. Great to not have to find someplace to eat after a day traveling. Perfect hotel for families!
Pros:We liked the large enclosed space/couryard with meeting area and pool. Also, the convenience of the restaurant and the gift shop were a treat. We also liked the two entrances to each room.
Cons:The linens were lower quality than we expected at that price point. In the room, when the lights are turned off, there are blinking lights on several things in the room that make it hard to go to sleep. The lamp was easy enough to unplug so problem solved.
Pros:Very quiet, very beautiful room.
Cons:Prices in the restaurant.
Pros:Very spacious rooms. Nice breakfast area. Very friendly front desk.
Cons:Needs better lighting in sink area and in area to left of sink where you put your suitcase. Hard to see what's in your suitcase when there is no light.
