Pros:Bed so comfy, great shower, great breakfast.

Pros:The facilittle was clean. The breakfast was good but more seating on outside patio would have been a nicer touch.
Cons:Our bathroom door would not shut. The bathroom looked like shoddy work was done to try to fix door and something else but not done well.

Pros:we stayed at the best western for vassar college parent's weekend. it was the perfect location to go back and forth to campus. the room was big and comfortable and staff incredibly friendly and helpful. i would stay there again!

Pros:Reception was very friendly, gave us a credit, and did pretend to try to move us.
Cons:Didn't hold reservation and gave us downgraded room. TV reception terrible "because of the rain". TV remote did not work. AC barely worked. Tub drain broken. Breakfast was minimal and low quality. Shabby, old interiors.

Pros:The staff member working in the morning was great. She was personable, helpful, checked on specifics of our stay, and apologized for the mistakes that were made. Also, the breakfast was great-lots of choices.
Cons:The person on staff when we checked in was NOT very friendly, and did not offer information. I had to ask about the evening reception, which I found out about when my confirmation email was sent to me. I had requested extra towels, which we did not receive. Also, my bill did not reflect my kayak rate. I was charged the regular Best Western rate. When I pointed it out, the morning staff person did get it corrected.
