Pros:The hotel is conveniently located in downtown Pensacola within walking distance to restaurants and also a brewery right next door. The hotel has a happy hour for guests from 5-7 with free beer and wine. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable Outside near the fountain there’s a lot to comfortable seating weather permitting.
Cons:The room was nice but the chairs were not very comfortable and the black toilets could stand to be updated that being said we’ll still come back here because of the location and friendly staff

Pros:I liked the location. It's in walking distance to anything happening downtown. For the location, it's a pretty good price. I also didn't notice anything lacking as far as cleanliness. The front desk was very kind when I placed asked for a wake up call the next day.
Cons:The facilities were the main thing. The room I was in had a dinky shower with little to no water pressure and the toilet was worse. You had to hold down the handle for it to flush, and even then it wouldn't flush all the way. The shower looked like something out of the 90s and the drain grate wasn't screwed in at all, but was more just floating around the bottom of the shower. The tile was like a muted orange and green. Not very attractive. Besides that, I felt it was extremely unprofessional that when I walked in there was a man sitting at a desk who reeked of weed. He didn't even say hello, but just pointed to the desk behind him. While we were waiting for our room key, I saw this man sitting on facebook messaging a blonde who showed a lot of cleavage in her profile picture. This hotel is supposed to be family friendly and have signs up informing of a strict noise policy in the lobby. That being said, this is very unprofessional, not to mention, as a business owner, I would not want to be paying someone to sit around on facebook, messaging women.

Pros:The location was great. Within walking distance to all nightlife. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.
Cons:The bathroom very small with only a shower that has seen it's day. Should be updated a bit more. No light in shower, so it's hard to see. We usually stay at The Grand, which is almost $30 cheaper than the Sole Inn. I'm not sure this is a $150 /night room.

Pros:This remodeled 50's motel offered a modern luxurious decor and superior customer service. Complimentary happy hour and breakfast were just icing on the cake.
