There is no staff. This is an attempt to make money by replacing people with artifical lack of intelligence. I showed up the electonic replacement for a human could not tell me the room my reservation was for. I was told a room number for a room that was alread occupied by someone else. Eventually it was resolved. I booked for three nights. I was told by the artifical lack of intelligence that I had to vacate after 3 days. I came on a Tuesday after 4:00 I was told my reservation ended Thursday noon. I was charged fees to double the rate I thought i was paying. Yes sir, sorry you didn't get that email. By the way Kyak gave my information to Expedia to do the dirty work. I will never use Kyak or Expedia again. If the facility has no human staff on sight, then I am notgoing to go there again.

Pros:The room was very clean and spacious. Which was nice as it gave our 3 year old a little room to play before bed.
Cons:The heater only heated part of the room. Half the room was boiling, the other half freezing. The bed was VERY uncomfortable and hurt our backs. The shower was very small. And the shower head didn't even aim into the shower but at the wall outside of it.. This may be OK for someone who doesn't have a sensitive back. But definitely not if you do or if you have kids to try to bathe.

Pros:Awesome location puts within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Rooms have been updated inside to look close to new. Very quiet rooms with comfortable beds.

Pros:It was close the the water and a dam good pizza place.
Cons:It was half way remodeled. It needs some updates.
