Cons:Beds were nasty, no daily housekeeping. It’s a party place and smelled as such.

Cons:Wow, where to begin. I did my research and this place had very good reviews so for the price we decided to take a chance. In booking, you are given a choice between side view or oceanfront. We chose side view to save a few bucks because we were only staying 1 night. So this review is for the separate building for side view rooms only, I can't comment on the oceanfront building. This place is NASTY!!!! I'm sorry, I never leave reviews but I felt I needed to on this one because the reviews I read said this place was old but clean, 6.5 out of 10 and stuff like that. I don't know what these people were smoking but we literally had to sleep on top of the covers and on the corners of the beds because there were stains on the sheets, electrical outlets with no covers, stains on the carpets, holes in the walls dead bugs behind the beds, broken tables and chairs, it was dirty and nasty. Marks all over the walls, I mean, you think I'might lying but I'm not. I know it wasn't j7st our room either because my brother got a room there as well, we were in 214 and he was in 114 below us and his was worse than ours. It smelled like garbage so bad we had to go buy air fresheners just to make it tolerable. I honestly can't believe someone would think that this place is ok or even that the hotel itself would rent rooms that are in this shape. I should have immediately went and asked for my money back but I figured we were only inside the room for 6 hours total, we would just make due. I would not recommend this place to ANYONE. Do not let the other reviews make you think this is ok because it is not. It was not just outdated which I could live with at this price, but it is DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY to the point it will make you sick and not sleep in the bed. I guarantee you that. Don't waste your money or time on this place, you will regret it I assure you. Don't get fooled by the other reviews like we did.

Pros:View was decent, didn't have heat so it was a bit chilly at night, although we did stay in march. Pool was great, perfect for a small family. The staff was awesome! Very friendly and wanted to help with anything and everything they could.
Cons:Ventilation was a slight issue, it was damp and muggy majority of the time. Bed sheets were a bit dirty when we arrived. You could tell that the hotel walls and ceiling has been through some rough times.
