Pros:Clean room, accommodating staff when I needed to change rooms. Good standard breakfast (waffles, toast, bagels, fruit, coffee, the, cereal, eggs, etc)
Cons:AC was outdated and loud. Internet was awful, unable to use it for work or even email. Bathroom lights were buzzing and no counter space for ladies' toiletries or toothbrush.

Pros:I liked the location and that it was smoker friendly.
Cons:There was no a/c and they moved us twice. The janitor couldn't fix it either. To compensate they only gave us 80 dollars off. It was 95 degrees out!

Pros:Everyone in the hotel staff was very friendly, the room was clean and there was a lovely rooftop patio with a nice view of the lake. We will return!
Cons:Yes, the hotel is a little tired looking, but it was not really that big of a deal. The restaurant on site was a different story. We were in for a concert and hit the bar after the show. Eric the bartender was a bit of a jerk and people trying to bring food to eat at the bar, after the kitchen was closed, were turned away. What sort of idiot sends paying (and tipping) patrons away like that? If the rule to disallow outside food is solely to protect food sales (as he said), then either serve food until close or shut up when someone wants to buy your beer and eat their pizza. He also rudely took my pint glass and gave me a plastic cup in the middle of a beer because he wanted to wash the glass. Sorry, does my presence at the bar inconvenience you? No worries, it won't again. Great stay at the hotel though...just find somewhere else for the nightcap!

Cons:The bartender on Saturday night was very rude. Didn't seem to like his job at all. Kept complaining about having customers while he was trying to be I his phone.

Pros:Definitely an economy hotel and nothing more. It becomes pretty obvious that management put all of their money into the restaurant and bar area and doesn't care at all about the maintenance of the rooms Beyond changing bed sheets and making sure door locks work. I lifted up the curtain above the window and saw layers of wallpaper crumbling from years of neglect. This place is in need of a total renovation. The price paid was not terrible since the location is great, right next to the lakefront, but we would not stay here again unless we had to. On top of that, $15 a night for parking in an empty parking garage attached to the hotel? You've got to be kidding me. And then the receptionist lied to me and said there was nowhere else to park other than the street in which I would have to call the police to okay my vehicle overnight. There is no sign that says no overnight parking, and it was apparent that everyone else in the area utilized street parking overnight. So I parked in the street and lo and behold not a single car was ticketed, nor did anyone have a special permit in their window. Tons of stuff was within walking distance, plenty of great restaurants and bikes for rent. This place has a lot of potential if somebody would invest into some much needed updates to Pull this place out of the 1980s

Pros:It was a nice hotel. Dated, but still clean and professional. For the price it was worth it. Parking is not included, but a complimentary breakfast is. It's on the higher end of free breakfasts from mid-price hotels. Waffle maker, eggs, sausages, baked goods, bagels, fruit, cereal, milk, juice, coffee. Enough fuel to get your mornings going well. It had square pillows. And they gave you many. Weird, but not the end of the world.

Pros:Our walk to summerfest was short, that's what I liked.
Cons:This hotel was listed as a 4 star....Wrong! This place was old and dirty. The parking situation was horrible. Don't bother looking at this one, move on. Way over priced the the quality. I would have expected to pay half of that.
