Cons:The glass of the window in the bathroom was broken, the door and the window in the room didn't lock. we left the hotel immediately and we didn't get any refund. We ordered the room for a week so this event was a lost of money and a huge dissapointment. We won't order from this website anymore.

Pros:It was in London
Cons:Overbooked- we had prepaid and confirmed the previous evening. The hotel was overbooked, unable to find an alternative and wasted 4 hours of our 1 day in London. Kayak and the hotel were unhelpful and we are still waiting for a refund and compensation.
