Pros (+) Beds were comfortable and room was clean.
Cons (-) Heated pool has an inflatable dome that collects condensation. So, prepare to get wet even if you’re not planning on swimming. Showered during what might be peak hours Sunday morning and water temperature was barely warm. Several other families staying there had the same experience. Complimentary breakfast was basic and not very good.
Pros (+) Clean room.
Cons (-) Beds were pillow tops. But extremely hard and very difficult to sleep on. Needed more staff at the check in desk. Very long line with one employee answering phones while line is waiting. Icicle junction seemed to be a hangout for friends of the employee staffing the counter there. Again long lines or counter not staffed as she was socializing with friends. Hallways smelled horrible on 3rd floor.
