Pros:Free wi-fi, free parking, walking distance to restaurants, bars, and the beach. The room was clean, and brought a mini fridge and a microwave, which I really was not expecting for that price. Heck we've been in $125 a night hotels that won't give you that. I will definetely stay here again.
Cons:If the cleaning staff catches you out of the room, they will clean the room even if you are ok with the room as it is. That was a little annoying but it didn't take away from the rest of the experience. Overall the staff was great. I will recommend this place to anybody.

Pros:It was clean, that's the only good point.
Cons:Our check in time was 2pm, arrived to a sign on the door that said 'back in 5 minutes'. 15 minutes later I called the posted phone number, spoke with a man who said the attendant should be there and that he would call him. Another 5 minutes later the attendant arrived with his groceries! He then proceeded to tell me that check in was not until 3pm. I showed him our printed reservation that showed 2pm and the text message on my phone that said 2pm. He was still reluctant to check us in. 2 more patrons showed up to check in with the same text message on their phones. The attendant finally said he would see what he had available - after I told him my husband has a bad heart & needed to lay down. Finally got to our room - the air conditioner worked, but did not cool below maybe 75 degrees.
