Pros:absolutely nothing was great about this place
Cons:The hotel room looked like a room from a mental hospital. The bed was pure cardboard and extremely uncomfortable. We were freezing the whole night and it was absolutely impossible to fall asleep because the air conditioning sounded like a construction scene. At night, my girlfriend got bit by something in the bed. This place was absolutely a huge waste of money and very disappointing. Don't fall for the pictures. Its the biggest false advertisement. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!

Pros:Very little. It was a nice size for a basic suite.
Cons:Even though the room was listed as a non-smoking room, it smelled heavily of cigaret smoke. Listed as a family suite, my daughter and I were both very uncomfortable with the drunk and drugged residents that hung around the pool and office. Our air conditioner was unable to cool the room below 80 degrees. Being a suite, it had a full kitchen but no pots, pans, or dishes. We had food with us for dinner and breakfast, but no way to prepare it.

Pros:The only thing I can say was ok was the office staff. Other than that, it was horrible.
Cons:Where to start... The bad plumbing, old and worn out furniture, filthy, wifi was only good for one day. Also, there was yelling and screaming from drunk guest. They also pounded on the walls, so I was not able to even get any rest. The room smelled like years of smokers staying there. The mattresses were hard and you can feel the springs. This place was nothing like the advertisement either. It was literally like staying at a homeless shelter. No lie!
