I like the friendly staff. What could you have done better? They could have changed the sheets on the bed. They could have done house keeping the next day. They should have another option for parking. A self parking and ride to the hotel or something. Valet service is great if you have a party or event the stay is short. However for a longer stay self parking is needed. Overall summary: the view from the Window is great. However, it overshadowed by the cleanliness or lack of self parking.

Pros:There was no breakfast. Toilet ran, pool closes way to early. Website has giant beach view, the actual hotel is more than a block away from beach. My room was not serviced not once during my stay.

Pros:The staff was super friendly, they recognized me by name every time I walked in the hotel. It was just a girlfriend and I staying here during our college spring break and we felt extremely safe while staying here which is important for a couple of females when in a place they have never been before. The pool area was somewhere we hadn't planned on using much since the beach is so close but we had some windier days while visiting so the pool was the perfect solution since it's more protected from the wind. The hotel is only a short walking distance from the boardwalk, restaurants, and Walmart so you have lots of stuff right close by if you don't have a car and don't want to pay for a cab. The hotel is also one of the stops for the water taxi so that can also get you most of the places along the board walk using that.
Cons:The $18 self parking fee per night was kind of ridiculous to me. I loved the fact that it had a security gate although people could still walk past it. The self parking area didn't have a side entrance so you had to walk back around to the front of the hotel which wasn't that far of a walk but what bothered me the most is it wasn't well lit area. Other than that though, we had an overall great stay!

Pros:Across the road from the beach. Room was clean. The pool on the waterfront was cool. Water taxi came to the hotel and was only $26 for an all day pass.
Cons:The noise from the elevator. Only 3 doors down but still was quite loud. Area was away from the bars and restaurants. Needed to get an taxi to most places.
