Cons:I had reserved a non smoking room and when I arrived they told me all they had was smoking. Since I arrived at 8pm I understood but nothing else about my stay went well either. The keys they gave me first time didn't work on their old fashion room locks and that still wasn't what caused me to write this review. Days later I saw a doctor cause my skin was broke out. BED BUGS is what they tell me. I let the hotel know and asked for a refund just to help with the cost for getting an exterminator to my place but I have not heard back from them so I guess it won't happen. Very disappointed in the overall stay here.

Cons:First floor room. Moldy smell with wet carpet at the air unit. Stained mattress pad visible through thinning sheets. Litter behind the nightstand. No sheers on the window, just blackout curtains. Breakfast buffet was not kept up - out of steam table items. Purposeless steam table lids in an unruly stack on the buffet. It appeared that the whole breakfast buffet area had not been completely taken apart and cleaned in a very long time. Overall - very shabby and unpleasant.

Pros:Room smelled surprisingly pleasant. Often non-smoking rooms in economy hotels still smell of smoke that comes through ventilation system. This one didn't. However, the bathroom was not very clean and badly in need of renovation as was most of the rest of the hotel. Our room was not visted by housekeeping, not even to empty the trash, during our stay.
Cons:Run down, needs renovation. Lobby and common areas dingy. Poor housekeeping service.

Pros:The breakfast was better than most of these places.
Cons:When I went to room, an employee was in it and another quickly told him the room had been assigned. I felt they had other plans for the room. I asked for a 7:00 am wake-up call. It was totally ignored. the sink drain leaked all over the bathroom floor. the shower faucet leaked loudly all night.

Cons:when we went down for breakfast there was a spill on the floor that needed to be cleaned and the table was not clean and it did not get cleaned before we left but other than that everything was great

Cons:One of the filthiest places I have ever stayed - air conditioning vents in the lobby were covered in dust. Mirror in our room had fingerprints all over. The carpet in our room was damp as it had just been cleaned. The entire facility needs a thorough cleaning.

Cons:My bath had pubic hairs in it along with a used wash cloth. In my other room the sheets were not clean (blood stain) on pillow case.Water temperature sucked in one of my rooms
