Pros:The Hertz staff at the Fairport facility was very friendly and helpful. Car was in nice shape, nice to driveCons:To avoid paying an extra fee to extend rental you cannot use the local Hertz counter, you have to call the national number. Had to wait for help and then they were not helpful. The Kayak deal was great at $21. per day for the week, but Hertz wanted over $40 per day to extend for two days with fees. Did not extend. Foolish of Hertz to lose the extra rentalReviewed Sept 18 2020
