Cons:Hadn’t been updated since 1980’s. Wall paper falling off walls, musty smell, missing paint, towels you would never want to steal because both towels and sheets had been washed so many times they were threadbare. Lots of teenagers running around without supervision and grounds were in need of severe maintenance. Tennis courts hadn’t been usable in years and parking lot was full of trash and empty food cartons
