Friendly & helpful staff. Attentive to any requests or concerns. Hotel provided many services making almost unnecessary to leave hotel property. My only disappointment was that the Starbucks locates in lobby level only open from 6a- 10a M-F. Also open on weekends during same hours! highly recommend for travelers.

Pros:Close to university of Denver and an IHOP since this location is on lock down for food options.
Cons:Asked for a room up high and with a view. Got the first floor with view to AC system… of which I couldn’t get to bring the room below 70 despite my settings on the thermostat. I had 4 decaf coffee packets and zero caffeinated packs. Had to pay for a coffee at the coffee stand on main level… new marketing scheme? Just kidding but frustrating.

Cons:I was charged twice for my hotel. I called and paid for my room through Kayak.com . Then upon my departure realized I was charged for my room through the receptionist as well as a security deposit. Wasn't planning on this additional charge so really screwed over my weekend plans since I did not receive a instant refund when I called and let them know about this issue. Monday - 3 days later and still haven't received my refund. Which confuses me, because the hotel I stood at on Saturday refunded me and the money was instantaneously back into my account with my security deposit that sunday morning.

Pros:Mediocre. Somehwat close to shopping and restaurants but immediate neighborhood wasn't Cherry Creek. I was a little nervous to park my car out front in the non-moniored parking lot. Clean but room smelled like old smoke. They have a hairdryer and shampoo in room but you have to ask or purchase other items. Breakfast was disappointing although had an omlet chef which was nice. Food choices were okay but environment was sterile - like eating in an old hospital cafeteria. Still not confident the breakfast won't be double-charged but we will see. I liked hotels at DTC for the same price. Better amenities.
