I was lucky to see a poster about toll pass program, would not have known that I could drive through the e-z pass without stopping to pay. Would be good to consider final destination for customers to make sure they know those tips!2,0 Poor

To actually get to pick up and use the truck that I rented...didn't happen...wasn't notified until 8:30am on the day of pickup which was supposed to happen @ 9am...30 minutes before pickup time, I am told the truck would not be available.10,0 Wonderful
