Cons:
I paid for a mid sized suv to go on vacation with my 3 friends. I was given a Nissan Kicks which is a sub compact vehicle. It was so small we barely fit our luggage in. Very disappointed. The lady at Hertz didn’t care and said she had nothing else. Will Never use Hertz again. Poor customer service.10,0 Wonderful

Windows, inside and out need to be cleaned. Glare was horrible and dangerous. Back window especially dirty inside. New cars outgas all the time and the inside windows need special attention.National
