Pick up and drop off was super fast and efficient. The team at the westend were helpful. I would say the value for the rental was overpriced. I did need a rental due to my car breaking down just to get me and my family around the city and it cost a little over $1000 for a week and just 397 kilometres driven total for a car. That makes it around $2.52/kilometre. This was the main reason why I didn’t extend my rental and I sought out other solutions.

This company is the worst. While flying across Canada enterprise called me while I was in flight and had no service. After a$ 75 cab from the airport to the rental place they told me they rented out the car I had reserved and didn't have anything for me, leaving me stranded. If you reserve anything with this service call ahead before you waste time and money.

It was not good at all when we showed up to get the rental all they did was make you worry about the Tesla very miserable to deal with and make you buy their coverage saying 3rd party with online booking don’t cover. They just scare you to the point of not wanting to use it.

We rented a Tesla. Upon pickup, they said it wasn't charged and that we would have to go to a charging station to charge it. There was also something wrong with the battery as it did not maintain a charge...i.e., we charged to 80% and it said we had 300Km...but after a 5km drive, it dropped to 180km. I called Hertz to say that the car wan't maintaining a charge and need to switch cars, and they said they didn't have any cars and that they would call us after the weekend. They never called. Hertz sucks.

It was fine overall. Post pandemic prices mean it’s hard to be a regular customer. I used to spend thousands every year at Budget. Hertz had the best deal for this period. The staff were all by the book. When I had to swap my car in Calgary at the airport, the staff were really great and friendly.

When we picked up car, a manager told about small chunk on the windshield, but did not add it in the report, because it was to small. When we drop off the car, he said that we did the chunk, it wasn't before.

Ok … appointment for pick up was 3:00 pm and showed up at 3:00. Door was locked and they seemed put out I was not there earlier, yet the appointment was for 3:00. They didn’t make note of any windshield chip then tried to crave me for one that was there already. They checked a previous note and found the chip was indeed already there. Vehicle was good and staff friendly.

Having two employees offering to drive us back to the airport and then refusing a gratuity as ‘it’s part of the service’ was a pleasant surprise. It was the same young fellow that came back out to the car upon our arrival to program out GPS. Overdelivering never gets old!

I ordered a Toyota Corolla on line. When I got my confirmation that is what it said. I arrived at the location and even though the people were nice and friendly. There were two guys behind the counter and two customers waiting for help for some time. They said they would be right with us but it was too long to be working on something else with people in front of you. Then they tried to give me a Kia Soul. I hate that car and I has requested a Toyota and got confirmation of it. I saw two other Toyotas there so I wondered why they were trying to pawn this junk off. They tried to give it to another lady too. Finally they got my papers started on the Toyota but said I had to wait while they cleaned it. I did but when I got it, the car was disgusting dirty and smelled so bad of smoke. Which I’m allergic to. So the whole time I had the car I had a headache and sinus issue. I cleaned the interior myself to try to rid the smell but it barely helped. I took it back early and the service was hurried and not super great. But the guy who drove me to my destination was super friendly and kind.
